He talked to me like I was an idiot and I felt like I couldn't stand up for myself! I came here to get my jewelry in my cartilage changed out. My piercer was Brad. First of all he didn't clean the area before or after, he dropped my jewelry on the floor and still picked it up and put it in my ear! He was incapable of getting my jewelry in at the correct bar length and had me sit for like 20 minutes while it felt like he was ripping through my ears it hurt so bad eventually he gave up and put a super long bar that sticks out really far in my helix. He just was so aggressive with how he handled my ears! This was a very abnormal experience ive had many ear piercings and nobody has ever spent so long trying to get jewelry in my ear or made it hurt so badly it was far worse than getting the actual piercing and it felt like he was pinching the life out of my ears! He also didn't even get my hoop in correctly its supposed to click in! He destroyed the jewelery and bent it around my ear so now it will be hard to remove as well!
