I began a full sleeve and had several pieces placed and then moved on to water colors as the background. The "artist" I went to did a good job on the multiple pieces, and said he could absolutely do water colors as the background. Once the session began I noticed it wasn't getting better, but he assured me to trust the process. After 5 sessions and arrived for my 6th I was very concerned as my arm looked like a child may have polka dotted me from top to bottom. He wanted to begin on the back of my arm first and it just so happened another artist walked by and said "what is that?". My so called artist said "I'm doing a spin off on her elbow." Guess what? I had no idea he was doing circles around my elbow. I immediately made him stop and I left. For the past 5 years I have been wearing nothing but long sleeve shirts because I was so embarrassed of my arm. I found a few other tattoo shops along the way that said they couldn't fix it unless we lightened the background and I wanted it black. No one would help me so I gave up because I really thought no tattoo shop in the tri cities was worth their salt. So, this past summer while on vacation, I was in 100 degrees wearing long sleeve, so I gave it another go at a shop in Gray TN. I was completely hosed. I went in for a 2 hour session and Chelsey. the "artist" got up multiple times and left me sitting. she had to get a drink, she had to get a table that someone was dropping off...etc.... she charged me for the full 2 hours when it was like 30 minutes. I was done! I let another season pass and I could not take it anymore. I found Little Chicago and I decided this would be my last attempt. it was my last attempt because my arm is now almost 100% complete and beautiful all because of an artist named Raven. I cannot believe how much she has changed this arm and it's truly a masterpiece. I am so excited to be back in short sleeve shirts and my confidence level is so high because of her work. He talked to me like I was an idiot and I felt like I couldn't stand up for myself! I came here to get my jewelry in my cartilage changed out. My piercer was Brad. First of all he didn't clean the area before or after, he dropped my jewelry on the floor and still picked it up and put it in my ear! He was incapable of getting my jewelry in at the correct bar length and had me sit for like 20 minutes while it felt like he was ripping through my ears it hurt so bad eventually he gave up and put a super long bar that sticks out really far in my helix. He just was so aggressive with how he handled my ears! This was a very abnormal experience ive had many ear piercings and nobody has ever spent so long trying to get jewelry in my ear or made it hurt so badly it was far worse than getting the actual piercing and it felt like he was pinching the life out of my ears! He also didn't even get my hoop in correctly its supposed to click in! He destroyed the jewelery and bent it around my ear so now it will be hard to remove as well!

You can tell that the artists enjoy what they do. The day I got it done, I was actually the only one there, and the other employees came by as I was getting it done, and each gave their opinions on it. Each of them were super friendly. The owner holds personal grudges against people who refuse to kiss his ass and will refuse service for just such a reason. He lost a business his gf started for him on the other side of town, in early 2000's due to doing drug transactions on the premises. In addition none of the people tattooing there does professional, quality work.
