The flight supposed to arrive around 11 pm but was delayed and delayed and delayed. I was in constant communication with Xavier and he had infinite patience. I didn't get out of the Birmingham airport until 1:30 am but he was ready for me and took me straight to my hotel in Tuscaloosa. He seemed like a really interesting person with lots of stories to tell; normally I would have had a conversation with him but I needed to get some sleep because I had early morning appointments in Tuscaloosa. As bad as my flights had been, everything with Crown was smooth smooth smooth; I would definitely use their service again.

Was informed at that point that our daughter may have to share the ride with someONE else(as it was a busy finals week), and if that happened the rate would be less(awesome). Daughter was contacted the day before her pick-up and told if she wasn't prompt she'd be left (no problem). Was picked up 4 hours before her flight was to leave(3:35 before boarding began..perfect!). One hour and twenty-seven minutes later she was still in Tuscaloosa picking up seven other passengers. We understood the possibility existed it could be a ride-share with someONE else. This led us to believe it could be two parties total, one other and our daughter. The dictionary defines 'someone' as singular, not plural. Lesson learned, we'll make sure to have all potential scenarios understood in the future. Made it to flight on-time, but disappointing experience. For what its worth, the driver was engaging and did an excellent job.

I was forced to look on the Internet for transportation to the Birmingham airport as the school shuttle does not run at 9:30 p.m. Being 1000 miles away it was important for us to know that she would be taken care of by a reputable, experienced, and professional company. Ambassador Limousine exceeded our expectations and then some. Once she landed, the owner of the company, Raymond, called our daughter to make sure she knew exactly where to meet the driver, a female who was very courteous and professional. I went with this company because of their longevity in the business, but I will continue to use them because of the ease and safety they provided our daughter back to her dorm. Outstanding service is such peace of mind!

Van was probably pretty nice when it was made in 1996. The full leather interior was badly worn, and the carpeted floor was quite dirty. The front windshield had a large ding from which 3 cracks radiated across the entirety of the glass. This was complimented by another footling crack just a nice eye level. My 2nd row seat was sort of loose/broken. Driver talked repeated on his hand held mobile phone ( but at least the calls seemed business related). Also typed a phone number in by hand while we were traveling about 70mph on a non-limited-access highway. Checked his calendar a little later when we were doing 77 up I-59. Passed a semi on the right hand side. If we had used Waze, we would have saved 15 minutes to avoid the construction Otherwise trip was uneventful, and the driver was very polite.
