Hamilton did an amazing job the first couple of times we called them. We never had concerns about…read moretheir work. In fact, we were so pleased with it that we purchased the service contract. We understood that we were working with a small family-owned company that did not operate 24/7, but after many calls over the course of a year, our calls have not been returned. Therefore, we were not able to use our service contract. Considering the great work they did when they did respond, this has been very disappointing.

I have now used Victory three times. Jeff is my 'go to'!…read more The first time used Victory Plumbing I needed a back-up hot water tank that had failed removed. The project required disconnecting and capping the water lines; disconnecting and capping the gas line; capping the exhaust line; and removal and disposal of the tank. Len the Plumber quoted $1100. Jeff was able to complete the job for $450. Last month, while traveling out of town, my wife called to tell me the hot water tank was leaking. I gave her Jeff's number and asked he to call him, telling him that I would be back in town in early afternoon. Jeff and his apprentice met me at 3:30pm as arranged and replaced my tank within 90 minutes. It was relief to have a professional available for an 'emergency' that I could count upon to show up on time and take care of the problem immediately. Two days ago, Jeff came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a small gas line leak on my fireplace within a very short period of time. His work is always neat ,efficient, and reasonably priced. Lastly, when you call the number, Jeff is the person that answers... and he always answers his phone unless both hands are in a project at that moment.

I had 5 companies come to provide a sewer line replacement quote and Marino had a great price with a contract that clearly laid out the work to be done without any clauses to run up the price like other companies did. Work was done quickly without any issues and they also spent several hours after the sewer line was done making sure the soil was compacted down then put down grass seed and straw. All other companies were only offering to leave a mound of loose dirt. When a small part settled they came back out to fill the area and added more seed and straw.
