We were directed to their service through AAA. We first called at 3:15 pm as our car had broken…read moredown and we needed to be towed. We were told it was very busy and they would be with us by 6:15 pm. After an hour and a half of waiting to be towed we were told a revised time of 7:30pm. Then at 9:30 p.m. (some six hours after we had first called) we received a call from this towing company saying they were on their way! Luckily, we had gotten the started and had made our way home. I would only advise to use this service if you are willing to wait many hours for a tow.

I thought that sounded a bit expensive. Since I'm not automotively ignorant, I went online and found out how much the parts cost, since they told me what parts they'd need. I already knew their labour charge. I took my car to a shop that did it for $800. I don't mind someone making a profit...that's great, profit is a good thing. I DO mind being gouged.

They quoted me one thing and charged me more plus a (hidden) "Port to Port" charge that was never mentioned. I understand with a mobile repair company parts and supplies are going to cost more, but a Port to Port charge? Isn't that what the SERVICE CALL CHARGE IS!
