We didn't have to struggle with untangling lights, or discovering that large sections were now dead, or discovering that our extension cords weren't long enough. It's just a frustration every year, and this year there was zero frustration. That right there was worth it. They did a nice job, they gave us exactly what we asked for, and the lights stayed up and perfectly lit all holiday season. No problems. They even accommodated us by showing up extra early in the season because we were hosting an early Christmas party and wanted the lights in time for that. The price was totally reasonable for the amount of aggravation and effort it saved us and we would have them back in future years, no question. Be sure to request colored lights if you want that because their default is to put up white lights: to me, Christmas isn't Christmas unless the lights are gaudy!
