No matter the issue or question I had, they would respond almost immediately, and work with me, even on a Sunday evening. The apartment I rented was finished the day before I moved in, so there was no issues on the cleanliness or state of the apartment. Sergio and Corinn were in touch with me throughout the move-in and I appreciated that immensely. They also kept in touch throughout the year to check in and keep us updated for the weather conditions and such. They truly put together a clean and welcoming apartment and it was clear to me they truly wanted to make those of us who rented from them welcome. She started to come up with lies because she wanted one of my male friends that used to come over to visit but he has a family so he wasn't interested. She lied to the court n said I was having parties n having people running and out my house . I'm not even from Philly n I don't even know people to have anyone come over . I'm always at work . She told the court I had a man come tryin to pay my rent which was a lie . We went to court n the judge didn't believe her so he allowed me to get a lawyer . The judge made another court date . The next court date she lied again and said I had several men that came to pay my rent If they came to pay my rent why didn't she let them pay it. But this was all lies . She would have parties every night I have video of her friends throwing up in the hallway . From day one she always had a problem with me . I'm saying if you can go somewhere else . They charge $1400 for rent n don't like to fix anything . I saw roaches n to say I never had a problem with the lady in the office I never once gave her a reason not to like me . It was always something new . She felt like I was worried about her n I wasn't . I didn't even know when she was home I really never said two words to her . I feel like they are racist n completely made up any lie to try to get me kick out of my apartment . Please don't rent here if you're pretty . Residents there scream at extreme volumes multiple times a week along the walkways and corners of the building. Although the police were called twice, the situation was not de-escalated. The responding officers acted unprofessionally, shouting at health staff and nearby residents rather than resolving the disturbance. As a result, I feel unsafe and unable to open my windows or use the outside space. Given that these security, sanitation, and noise issues are recurring. Avoid this place.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY…read more Pros: we got lucky we had a cool neighbor CONS: -Mouses in the winter time roamed our apartment and we had to ask the landlord to get an exterminator for us 3 times but they just placed mousetraps for us. -Huge crickets got in to the apartment somehow and hid in closet -The rehabilitation center in the other side of the apartment can see us through our bathroom window. No privacy while showering unless we put up curtains but when we did, our ceiling became super moldy since not that much air circulation. (We opened the tiny window & it still didn't help.) -THIN WALLS. We could hear everything our neighbor was doing and saying. - The thermostat barely ever worked correctly because of the old wiring in the unit we stayed in. - We mailed a letter to move out three months prior after our first year staying there & the landlord office people told us they never received it& automatically renewed our lease without us knowing. Three days before our move out, they told us they never got anything from us& we were stuck there for another year. We were SUPER unhappy. -I got blocked in by neighbors because not that much parking available and I had work at 6am the next day. Not fun knocking on doors asking whose car it is that needs to be moved. -You're near a hospital if you live here so you will hear sirens from the ambulance constantly. -Neighbor kids running and screaming in the parking lot, throwing balls. -Only 1 parking space per apartment unit and there were guest parking but it was usually full from people's second cars that they owned. -Dumpster is alllll the way behind the building. Kind of far walk depending on the unit you're staying in -Laundry $1.50 +Dryer is $1.50. Usually taken up by other neighbors. Tuesday's are good days to do laundry though. - neighbor kids broke my car window with their ball - neighbor kids playing "wall ball" hitting their ball against our apartment and can hear it from the windows. Had to tell them to stop multiple times. Overall 1/5 Do not stay. Not worth your money. If you want to spend $1275+ for a two bedroom, I recommend checking out Village at the Fox Point in Wilmington. It's about 15 minutes away from this place &It's much nicer for what you get! Plus they offer townhomes WITH washer and dryer in unit for the same prices. If you rent this place, good luck! DO YOUR RESEARCH! They have other properties as well but not sure if it is good.

About an hour after my ceiling caved in my cat had a seizure I called the vet and they said it was more than likely due to collapse I called emergency maintenance before it claps and said it was emergent because it was leaking onto the baseboards fire hazard they showed up two hours later I had the police here first to get the fire department here. Uhm, multiple people have had this issue so Im doubtful nobody knew about it. Out 10k+ after breaking lease as I refuse to live in a health hazard. Even with the problem being on their end had to pay 2 month rent fee to break lease and put in 60 day notice. Another 4 months rent out the window. Had to throw away a new couch, kitchen gadgets and tv/tv stand to avoid bringing problem with me. Breaking the lease should have been simple but no, poor communication on their end. Stay away at all cost.

It's so close to alot of shops nearby like Swiss Farms and Wawa as well as restaurants that is closer to the realtor office. Our friends and family live nearby so it's a lot closer to them. The staff is amazing! We have rarely had to put in an maintenance order. If they have to work on something, they are very timely and quick as well as giving you updates about it. The maintenance staff are so welcoming and you always get a hello from a neighbor or staff member. Everyone is so welcoming!
