I have been extremely sick since I have since I've moved in here I've lost about 30 pounds. About an hour after my ceiling caved in my cat had a seizure I called the vet and they said it was more than likely due to collapse I called emergency maintenance before it claps and said it was emergent because it was leaking onto the baseboards fire hazard they showed up two hours later I had the police here first to get the fire department here. Do not recommend I am filing complaints against the licenses of the listing agents I am filing suit for this being uninhabitable I've asked for things to be fixed again they were uninhabitable per PA tenant lol they should be fixed within a reasonable amount of time I do not recommend this place I recommend that this place be condemned I'm having a Township come inspect this place zero out of 10 I can get a negative review I would.

Sergio and Corinn were in touch with me throughout the move-in and I appreciated that immensely. They also kept in touch throughout the year to check in and keep us updated for the weather conditions and such. They truly put together a clean and welcoming apartment and it was clear to me they truly wanted to make those of us who rented from them welcome. Worst experience ever. Where do I start? Moved in April of 2021 and ever since its been one thing…read moreafter another jeopardizing my safety. Living alone as a 21 year old single female Ive decided to get a motion detected door camera for the outside of my unit and a in home motion camera for the inside of my unit. Office notified about each incident. First red flag: no Strike plate on my door! Here we go May 5th 2021: I got a notification on my phone saying there was motion inside my home. I checked my door camera app and saw footage of a man entering my apartment! (has the footage save to this day) Immediately stopped what I was doing AT WORK and called the office! I was told it was a Exterminator. Later got a call back saying it was Maintenance man! No one in office had a idea of who this man was inside of my apartment. I got one final call back saying a letter was placed under my door the day before letting me know he would be entering. My motion detected cameras notify s me EVERY TIME the guy comes around to put the payment letters under the door but for some reason not this letter. To this day I never found the letter anywhere in my apartment or received apology from mystery man. SUMMER 2021: Multiple random notes with drugs attached placed on my car windshield. October 19th 2021: I walked across from my unit to the laundry room to do a wash. There I saw a man strung out on the floor with a needle right beside him (again i have footage of this). I immediately took a photo called the office no answer maybe because at this time its 9pm. I call again the next day office tells me she know who he is once I describe him. Needle stayed in laundry room for a good 3 months. Broken washer/dryer, stolen packages, no hot water, noisy and trashy neighbors plus BUGS! Do not move here.

They have been doing work on the apartments by my work for seemingly forever, at least 2 months…read more Aside from just being overall rude people, they're pretty combative towards others. They hit my co-worker's car and then tried to deny it when she politely asked them what happened. They started to harass her now, when she pulls into the lot. She's been paying for parking on the street to avoid them, rather than parking for free in the lot. They block our legally owned spots and refuse to move their truck and trailer. They have cursed out several of my Uber drivers after I am dropped off. When I stood up for my driver, they called me fat. I'm guessing they're not very good at doing the work, or they're just bilking whomever is paying them. Unless they're rebuilding every square inch of the entire apartment building, it shouldn't be taking several months to do whatever it is they're doing over there.
