It may be true that everyone carries similar carpet but their selection, communication, and steps to ensure a quality installation are unmatched. They were able to help us select the right carpet and then did an onsite visit to measure and discuss seam placement. Once the carpet was received they did an onsite inspection, made the cuts for the seams and then sent an entire crew of very professional (and friendly) installers to complete the work. The previous company failed to inspect the carpet for manufacturing flaws and then took 2 weeks to install the carpet. Once installed we were not happy with the installation. We had to make multiple complaints to get the project manager engaged, then more time getting the carpet manufacturer engaged. In the end it all had to be pulled out. I am so thankful that we opted to switch to Carpet Mart and will use them for all of our flooring needs in the future. When comparing estimates on carpet you need to look past just the price of carpet and padding but ask a lot of questions about installation. These include seam placement, do they inspect / cut the carpet prior to home delivery, and how many full time installers do they employ. We have had our carpet for less than a week and thrilled at the final product. Thank you Carpet Mart!

This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.
