I strongly and unequivocally disagree with the statement provided by the school. As a parent, my…read moreconcern is not only valid but supported by the seriousness of what occurred. This matter was significant enough to warrant involvement from DCFS, and a formal case was opened and documented as a violation. That alone directly contradicts any attempt to minimize or dismiss the situation. The claim that there is a "zero-tolerance policy" and that all children are consistently kept in a safe and nurturing environment does not align with my child's experience or the outcome of the investigation. Policies are only meaningful when they are properly enforced, and in this instance, there was a clear failure to uphold the standards that are being publicly promoted. I find it deeply concerning that the response avoids accountability and instead attempts to deflect by not addressing key details. As a parent, I trusted this facility with my child's safety, and that trust was compromised. The fact that this resulted in a documented DCFS violation speaks for itself. I am sharing this not to engage in conflict, but to ensure transparency and to emphasize that this situation was real, serious, and formally recognized by the appropriate authorities. Parents deserve full honesty when it comes to the safety and well-being of their children. CITATION- 407100A3 & 407100A10

I was so hesitant when I first had to leave my son but quickly realized what great hands I was leaving him in. They have always been so accommodating and communicate whenever there's an issue or concern. I love seeing how much my son has learned and give all the credit to the staff. We went and visited all the daycares in the area, and we just had such a good feeling about this place. Overall, an amazing daycare in St. Charles that I can't recommend enough!

He absolutely LOVES coming to school and talks about his teachers, Ms. Ann and Ms. Reagan, at home all the time. They are amazing! His speech has truly opened up -- he is forming independent sentences and communicating so much more confidently. He tells us in detail everything that goes on at school each day. We've also noticed a significant improvement in his ability to listen, follow instructions, and sustain his attention, which has even become evident in his progress with activities outside of school, like soccer. Most importantly, he genuinely loves being there and looks forward to his school days. We're so grateful to his teachers for creating an environment where he feels safe, supported, and excited to learn. Having access to camera feed and photos gives us peace of mind and lets us see all the little moments of his day. We're very grateful for the positive impact the school has had on him and our family.

Formerly was The Oaks of Bartlett…read more The rehab center is very good and the PT OT were friendly, nice and helped my mom recover. The nurses & nurses aides were attentive and helpful. They enjoyed their patients and responded nicely to them. Family were able to ask questions and got responses. This is NOT JUST ONE family with the following. You talk with others while there: The "Social Worker " is not certified from what I was told. Rolando, is USELESS. He says he will help find a place once the patient is leaving. He DID NOT. We had to push, ask questions, meet, etc. NOTHING was really offered. He finally said he had phone numbers to give us. That piece of paper with 10 facilities on it, was USELESS. I found 2 to be possibilities but those didn't pan out. On most, there is no distinction which are rehab, asst living, nursing. WHY THEY HIRE SOMEONE in this position, I do NOT understand. Anyone can hand out a paper or cards and leave if up to the family. He DID NOT make call/connections for us. He did tell us that they have info for those WHO CAN PAY which I figure is probably their 1st or 2nd floor residents. BE CAREFUL as Rolando will have an exit date. IF it is NOT reasonable, speak up. He was going to send MOM home by AMBULANCE as she was not mobile. I asked what we do once she arrives. He then changed the date. She was able to walk with assistance when she left on a later date. So, the patient is treated well, and rehab is good. IF you have lots of money to cover for residence afterwards, it's probably OK. However, there are even NICER places if you search ALDEN, Arbor Terrace in Naperville, Sunrise, some of the Heritage Woods, Asbury Gardens, Victory Center of Bartlett. Research and find one.

Miss Sonia & Mr. Robin have been the owners for almost 2 years, but they seem to have done a wonderful job taking over. Miss Kim was the original owner, but is still the director there. My daughter loves Miss Kim, Miss Sonia, Miss Jen, & Miss Carol. The highlight of my day is getting pictures of my daughter and getting her report card at the end of the day. Their hours are huge to me, because I work long hours sometimes. The price is so reasonable for the area as well. I definitely recommend this place!

It's incredibly hard to leave your baby with anyone, but watching my little guy make friends, hug his teachers, and run into the classroom each day to begin playing reassures us that he's in the right spot. We were referred to this place from a friend who also had kids there, and assumed Our first time with a daycare will go smoothly. I DO NOT recommend taking Your child here. The first day (and only day) we dropped off our 13 month old there, we were told that he did not sleep, and had a fever...AFTER his mother had picked him up. We noticed that he had a bruise on his head as well, and only after pressing them for more information they told us that he was banging his head on the crib. Few things to point out- In their own policies, if the child gets hurt in anyway they will contact the parents. My gf was told when she picked him up. The pictures they send throughout the day shows that he got the bruise HOURS before she showed up. Next is the fact that he developed a fever and they STILL did not notify us until he was picked up. And finally, after probing them for the policy violations they committed they admitted that it was a mistake on their part and they should have notified us IMMEDIATELY. I cannot convey my anger enough in this review because after we took him home so he could finally sleep and tend to his fever, he had a fibril seizure and was transported to the hospital. He was at Kindercare for 6 hours...and everything I was worried about having random people taking care of my child was validated. So to sum it all up, on the FIRST DAY our child: -could not be put to sleep -was neglected long enough for him to bang his head against a crib to develop a bruise on his head -developed a fever which the parents were not told until he was picked up. Like I said they admitted they did not follow their own policy so we received a full refund for the week, because we were NEVER coming back. On a side note he is doing better at a different daycare, obviously better taken care of than at this place. So if you're looking for a place for your infant, like another reviewer said on here DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE.

The genuine care they showed to our kids (and our whole family, honestly) for the past four years has been extraordinary. My kids were happy to walk through those doors every single day. We were always greeted by smiling staff members. The kids learned so much from the curriculum they used. The teachers made everything so fun! (Ms. Pam, our kids were talking about your St Patrick's shenanigans JUST today- you created memories they'll never forget). We took advantage of the phonics enrichment they offered (Ms. Alison, we love you!) All kids also received some Spanish curriculum, too! We received pictures, notes, and updates daily through their app. The directors, Ms. Rachna and Ms. Alyssa, are simply wonderful. They work so hard to make the center a true community, and we enjoyed all the daycare parties they hosted outside of normal hours to allow families to connect and socialize. Our kids were safe, well-fed (thank you, Ms. Jackie!), loved, and engaged every day. Leaving this place for elementary school was genuinely so difficult because of the relationships we built here. If you're looking for a "home" for your littles, do not overlook this exceptional place.
