These women and men are experienced, educated and in my case have multiple degrees and have taken it upon themselves to further educate and update themselves on my Dad's illness and the exercises that will benefit him. They also work with me, as I have now had to move in with Dad, to educate me. Third, these are happy, highly appreciated employees. When I sent a letter to Michael commending the women, I was amazed to find out that they were immediately informed of my praise, the letter was placed in their file, they were recognized on the company's bulletin board AND they received a gift certificate!
