We were out of state and relocating because of a job (Mayo Clinic, big surprise!). We were looking for specific types of loans that would be good for our financial situation and family. We also had a home we were trying to sell and of course the loan would have to be contingent on the sale of our house. It was our first time selling a house and at the same time having the new home be contingent on the sale of the old house. We had to manage this very stressful endeavor all while being out of state which was very stressful and having to deal with very hectic schedules. Andy was amazing to work with from start to finish! He offered us very reasonable rates and spent the time talking us through ALL the paperwork. My husband is very thorough and loves to read every detail and while this frustrates me, Andy never seemed bothered :-) He was very patient with us and very understanding of our situation and our extremely tight deadlines. At the end he made everything happen on time and without any flaws. Everything that was stated happened and on time, no hidden anything! I can't say enough nice things about Andy and Think Mutual Bank. We plan on using Andy's services in the future and highly recommend him to all family and friends!!!

I first contacted him when my husband received an interview at Mayo Clinic for residency. Mayo Clinic was high on his list and we were very seriously considering buying a house. When I contacted Justin, he was able to schedule me in for the exact day of my husband's interview. This worked out very well as I was able to get a tour of the whole Rochester area and potential houses/neighborhoods we would be interested in. I was very impressed that he spent almost the whole day showing me around when it wasn't even guaranteed that my husband would match here. Fast forward five months, match day came and we ended up matching here! Justin was one of the first calls I made to try and schedule a day we could come look at houses :-) He was very flexible and accommodating and worked with our very hectic schedules. He was very observant and pointed out flaws on houses that we didn't end up buying. I appreciated this as he wasn't trying to make a sale, he put our best interests first and wanted to make sure we bought a home that we would be happy in. He also did a video recording of the house we ended up buying as we quickly saw it and had to make a rushed decision (BTW - Rochester housing market is crazy! If you see a house you like make an offer because it won't last!). At our request, he was present for our home inspection. This really made us feel comfortable as I know he was always after our best interests and asked questions I didn't even think to ask. We also wanted to put a fence up shortly after moving and he contacted our future neighbor for us to coordinate latching onto their adjoining fence (since we were 1600 miles away). Furthermore, Justin didn't just walk away when our sale was final on our house. We had some follow-up questions and he was readily available by phone just as he always was to help answer any questions. His response time via phone is great for us millennials who hate waiting and want a response back asap :-) I would highly recommend Justin to all family and friends! We plan on keeping him not only as a real estate agent to use in the future but also as a friend!!!

I hear that they have specific parts and hardware that other major home improvements store in the area don't carry and I believe it. The only problem is trying to find it! This store is huge and not well labeled, if you need to find something specific your best bet would be to ask one of the employees. I also different find a huge price difference here, in fact some things were more expensive compared to similar stores. But I'm sure those who shop here frequently know what items are better to get here. Also, in case you are in need of a lot of lumber for your projects this place seems like it maybe a good option. There is a completely separate area in the back of the store to pick up ordered lumber. It seemed very well organized and was heavily used.
