Very careful and easy to communicate with .

Boti needed his updated shots And keeping him updated at A place I knew I could trust.I Drove 1.5 hrs to get to them, Because Suzie -Q has been happy with the excellent Attention they give her.and we are happy they are easy to find Thank you ELC staff. Suzie-Q and Boti,

The mass circled which is just the heart

Claiming that I am making false statements just goes to show this company has no remorse for their neglect. Like you said a month ago my cat has upper respiratory symptoms. Like I Showed in the voicemail your company claimed her test results were good up until I REQUESTED the bloodwork a few weeks later. Then you mention her test results were not good. Not only do you not take accountability, YOU REPORTED MY CAT TO ANIMAL CONTROL. Told animal control that you never diagnosed her with cancer.... Reported that you were suddenly concerned... something you have not done THIS WHOLE TIME. Your company is actually trash.

    Gucci, Happy client of ELC!

I own my own petsitting service that specializes in caring for pets with a lot of medical issues. I also work with a local rescue raising very small orphaned kittens. So I interact with different Veterinary hospitals much more than the average person. I really love ELC veterinary clinic! The vets there are top notch, and the vet techs are like gold. They really care about the animals they treat and they do a great job of treating them. When my clients have issues with their own vets, or when the animals in my care have issues while my clients are out of town and their own vets can't see them soon enough, I always take them to ELC. Highly recommended!!!

Be alert of coming to this vet place. Had an appointment to come in for my puppy. The staffs were unfriendly and was very impatient to provide service. If you want to be treated with respect, then please do not come here. You will be treated like trash because staffs are super arrogant. Also, this place is a rip-off. Don't waste your money and time with this place as they will charge you ridiculously for just a vaccination. I wonder how owner of this place is able to keep rudely employees for not doing their job. Never recommend this place to others.

Louie waiting for them to come back

She took our sweet, shy, overly anxious little pup and made him feel at home within a short son of three weeks (2-3 times exposure for day care) before we let him stay overnight. She has been a godsend and I know that I can rest easy when our little fur baby is in her good hands.

Matt from Pawfection told me he refers all his clients to her who are looking for longer pet sitting, and no one has come back disappointed. Overall impression: I cannot speak more highly of Kimberley and Bowser's Buddy Pet Care! She was extremely professional and accommodating and made me feel like part of the Bowser's family from day one! More details: Kimberley is the epitome of professionalism. I really appreciated how she: - validated my sad feelings that I couldn't take him on the trip - had me over the weekend before my trip to see her space and meet the other dogs she was currently taking care of - was in constant contact about times/dates and how my dog Reeses was doing while I was gone - communicated (quickly) with me whenever I sent her a text message or gave her a call - loves my dog like her own (and he loves her back!) Pro-tip: Kim's place is dog HEAVEN. Very dog-friendly and lots of things to keep them entertained and comfortable: doggy door, fenced-in grassy yard, orthopedic beds, etc. etc. She doesn't give discounts, but it's totally worth the price, and that's coming from a med student in tons of debt currently!

After Theo was sent home from another board-and-train program in less than 24 hours with the…read morerecommendation that we may not want to keep him in our family, we were honestly feeling defeated and unsure what to do next with our reactive GSD puppy. That's when we found Lori Hamilton Dog Training -- and from the very beginning, Lori's approach was completely different. Lori showed no fear, no hesitation, and immediately established calm, confident leadership with Theo. She took him into her board-and-train program for six weeks, while also involving us in weekly training sessions throughout the process. Honestly, I think we learned just as much as Theo did -- maybe more. Lori helped us understand that successful training isn't just about changing the dog's behavior; it's about teaching the humans how to communicate clearly, consistently, and confidently. One thing Lori shared with us that really stood out was that many trainers focus primarily on obedience, while a crucial part of her work is emotional rehabilitation. That distinction became incredibly meaningful to us. Theo didn't just need commands -- he needed help learning how to feel safe, regulated, and confident in the world. You could see that deeper transformation happening throughout his training. Another thing that meant so much to us throughout the process was how communicative Lori and her team were. They regularly sent us videos of Theo's training and progress, which was both encouraging and incredibly comforting while he was away from home. Watching him succeed and gain confidence week by week gave us so much hope. The transformation we witnessed in Theo was incredible. Before Lori, Theo was reactive with strangers, and we genuinely believed we might never be able to safely take him to public places. By the end of training, we were working with him off-leash at the park, watching him respond reliably to commands, and feeling hopeful again about his future -- and ours. What impressed us most was how comprehensive Lori's training was. She worked with us not only at her facility, but also at a public dog park and in our own home. At the end of his training, she even had us invite a group of friends over specifically to help Theo practice safely navigating people entering his space -- the area where we'd experienced the greatest challenges with him. That level of real-world training made such a difference. The impact Lori had on us was so significant that we also ended up sending our other dog, Raya, to train with her. Raya already had excellent obedience and followed commands well, but she has always been an anxious dog despite previous training. Lori's focus on emotional rehabilitation made us realize there was another layer of support available for her, too. Theo is still young, and we know training is an ongoing process, but now we actually have tools, confidence, and support. And perhaps most importantly, we know we have Lori in our corner moving forward -- both for continued training and for boarding when we travel. Before finding Lori, we had pretty much resigned ourselves to the idea that vacations together simply wouldn't be possible for the rest of Theo's life. We also can't say enough wonderful things about Lori's staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly cared deeply about the dogs. During Theo's stay, we genuinely felt like he was being treated as part of the family -- and so were we. We are beyond grateful for everything Lori and her team have done for us and for Theo, and we truly cannot recommend LHDT highly enough.

I'm coming out of the dead to leave this review because I hope it helps someone who is thinking…read moreabout seeking professional training for their dog(s). We are not new dog owners and with our previous dog, we lived the best life - traveling across US and Canada, flying on planes, staying in hotels, dining at Michelin star restaurants, going to work at the office, walking off leash, etc - with zero professional training. He actually was a puppy school drop out! We learned that all dogs are different and with our new pups, we needed help on dealing with behavioral issues like reactivity. Through positive reinforcement, Amy coached us on how to loose leash walk our dogs in heel position. She also showed us how to do "place" work, use spatial pressure and how to get our dogs to focus on us around distractions. We also learned how to turn up our praising game verbally and with treats! Trainings were mainly at Butcher Park which is a very high pressure environment given the amount of dogs at any given time. It really put us to the test and honestly, we were challenged! It's hard work. We had homework after each lesson, but we committed to practicing in between lessons. We weren't perfect but we always showed up ready to learn, and to give and receive feedback each time with the goal of growing and improving. We ended up doing "board and train" for both of our dogs (one at a time) and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. We needed a jumpstart and Amy gave us the knowledge and tools to set us up for how we want to live our lives with our French bulldogs. She truly loves dogs and wants the best for them and their owners. We highly recommend Amy!

    Dogs In Harmony

    (43 reviews)

Dogs in Harmony saved my sanity and helped me develop a loving relationship with my puppy! I cannot…read morerecommend the entire staff at Dogs at Harmony enough, but especially Shanni and Brenna. As a first-time dog owner raising a puppy by myself, I was completely overwhelmed. The staff has been with me every step of the way, even helping me decide on a Portuguese Water Dog's temperament to best suit my active running lifestyle. My puppy Yumi, now 17 weeks old, has been through Harmony School from 9-12 weeks, which came with 4 group lessons, and 1 private instruction. She's still going to school once a week to help give me some much-needed relief, and I'm hoping to start private lessons soon after my travel plans. Shanni and Brenna were instrumental during those first brutal two weeks with Yumi. I had major puppy blues - stressed about making sure she was okay, stressed about accidents, and desperate to set her up for success. This stress, combined with virtually no sleep (taking Yumi out every 20 minutes when awake and sleeping near her the first few days to soothe her), was a recipe for doubt and regret. I was that pet parent who would call frantically about any diarrhea or accident, text essay-length questions, and send way too many videos and notes about the schedules and patterns I'd observe, obsess over, and worry about. This incredible team met every single concern with patience, understanding, and practical solutions. The first time I dropped Yumi off at school was the first time I'd taken a break in a week - it was much-needed relief that allowed me to reset and find a routine that worked for me. Instead of fighting against her nature and her age (she's just a toddler!), I learned to work with her and celebrate every victory. The resources and support I received have set both Yumi and myself up for success. Yumi has grown into a beautiful, confident, and sweet-natured pup. She's well socialized, sleeps through the night from 10-7am, tries her hardest to not jump when greeting others, and can now be left alone for 3-4 hours at a time, which has been huge. She's still a working dog with tons of energy, but Shanni has guided me through how to tire her out mentally via shaping, soft chews, increasing difficulty in fundamentals, and teaching me how to actually train my dog. Her guidance helped me learn to see Yumi for who she is instead of who I want her to be, and how to debug and break down behaviors to address instead of treating undesired ones as 'issues' (like barking, digging, or jumping on people). It's been such a joy and privilege raising Yumi, but I definitely wouldn't have gotten here without Shanni and her team - the true village supporting my single pet parenthood lifestyle. Their approach is holistic, compassionate, and incredibly effective. Highly recommend for both new and experienced dog owners!
