My meetings with Arlene have been fun and productive... even as we dug pretty deeply to unearth habits of mine that were undermining my goals. Our sessions were weekly at first. The first six or eight were pretty intense... not threateningly so but in a "the challenge is on" kind of way. Over the course of those I found myself heading in new directions so encouraging that it made sense to reduce our meetings to a month or more in between.
