I had arranged and paid for childcare and parking specifically for this appointment, and the only solution offered was for me to come back later. What I find especially frustrating is that clients are charged 50% for late cancellations, yet when the business effectively cancels a confirmed appointment, there is apparently no similar consideration for the client's time or expense. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was extremely disappointing. I ultimately decided to cancel my membership because the level of service and customer care did not match what I would expect at this price point.

The price has never been expensive, whenever I go in I always think the service cost is going to be more. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, especially with the times that we currently live in with COVID, and the place is always spotless. There are a lot of options for the type of prices they are asking for here, you may want to consider what experience you want from a spa before coning here.
