Everything was seasoned perfectly and we literally ate every single thing on the plate.Amazing service , they made sure to include napkins, plastic bibs and plastic gloves! 10/10 recommend y'all try this place out if you're ever down here !!

This review is admittedly late, but better late than never. To begin, I must say I love Cajun…read moreboils; they are my favorite, and my husband knows this well. For years, we had only gone to one place on the island, believing it was the only option. Admittedly, I used to think it was the best they had to offer, but that opinion has since changed. My husband heard about LLAMAS and suggested we try it. When he mentioned it was Cajun boils, I immediately agreed. We decided to get it to-go so we could enjoy it at home without worrying about the mess--Cajun boils can be quite messy! When he returned to the truck with a huge tray of food, the aroma filled the air, I couldn't wait to get home. When we finally opened the sealed tray at home, the delicious smell filled the house. I was amazed at the generous portions and the variety of seafood, along with halved potatoes, corn, and even boiled eggs. The herbs and spices used in the boil were exceptional! Unlike other places on the island that drench their boils in buttery oil with minimal seasoning, this featured a perfect blend of herbs and spices that complemented the dish beautifully. It was so flavorful that I wanted to grab bread, dip it into the seasonings, and savor every bite. What makes this even impressive is that it's a truck! I'm unsure how long it's been on the island, but I am almost embarrassed that I hadn't tried it sooner.
