Adding pork skin that's done right adds a crunchy texture and salty base to a sandwich, and it's a large reason why this is the best pork sandwich I've had since relocating to Germany. The bread is the typical white/French roll but it soaks up juices well. There was a line to get the sandwich, but it was efficient.
