Can't think of a better cocktail I've had honestly. For appetizers, we tried the Tiradito De Hamachi which was delightful and had these tasty fried grasshoppers on it, and the Ceviche de pulpo a las brasas, which was buttery, delicious and had a bunch of chicharrones in it which I though was a really interesting and unique combo with the octopus. For entrees, we went with the Pescado Orsán and the Camarones En Vara-Asados. The winner there was the Pescado Orsán, which was a perfectly cooked catch-of-the-day with amazing texture resting on a this really nice cauliflower rice with little pieces of asparagus mixed in. I thought that dish was truly exception given the perfectly balanced mix of flavors and textures. The Camarones En Vara was tasty as well, but nothing in particular stood out with that one.
