Food was very good, buffet was very clean and well stocked even with the long line, service was good and polite. 1 star ding was for their terrible diced steak; it tasted fine, but was full of big chunks of gristle, I should have taken a picture of all that I separated out; sincerely the worst quality I've ever had - but they can fix that quickly with better quality meat. Other meat selections were very good. I provided my mostly positive 1st time experience feedback at the counter and mentioned the poor steak to maybe the owner/wife? - I'm not sure she understood (i.e., possible language barrier?). IMO the $16.95 is a bit high, but food was tasty. Will go again, maybe Taco Tuesdays.

I hope they improve the quality of service because they have a very good food and Mexican food experience . Might come here again.

They are quick, you can get them on door dash if you're not close... oh and the churros are AMAZING!

I did not see tamales on their menu when I called ahead, but asked and they said they do sell them. I ordered only two, but they gave me three. Not sure if that was a mistake or an extra kindness. My partner wanted a barbacoa burrito, which was not on the menu, but they made it for her anyway with no charge. We did agree that my burrito was better. She fell in love when she saw the salsa bar. They have at least 6 different salsa that you can self serve for your order. An excellent touch if I ever saw one. The food came out quick and hot, they have cool chairs and a generally nice open space to eat in. The service was friendly and prompt. Pretty much all anyone can ask of a restaurant. I have been traveling a lot the past couple months so yay for trying new local spots all over! This…read morerestaurant definitely impressed me. It is in a small town, and I was unsure how authentic the Mexican food would actually be ( me being Latina). Well let me tell you they proved my thoughts wrong. The service was quick and great we got seated right away. Drink orders arrived very quickly, and then our food wasn't too far behind. We asked for the spiciest salsas and it was nice that they had a few options to chose from. My Fiance and I ordered the molcajete deluxe for 2. Omg this thing comes out piping hot and sizzling. The meats were marinated and seasoned perfectly and it all tasted to delicious. It was nice to make your own tacos and because the molcajete is so hot your food stays warm/hot until you're ready to make your next taco. This also came with a side of rice and beans for the both of us that was pretty good as well. This is a must try if you are a person that likes your food hot (temperature wise) all the time. I really loved that they were playing Spanish music with all the classics which made it feel like a little piece of home in a small town far away from home. It was definitely a very calm and inviting environment which is appreciated. This is a must try Mexican spot if you are in town. They have so many other options and everyone else at our table enjoyed their food as well.
