I eat here at least once a month. Always get a few street tacos. Absolutely fantastic. Fresh cilantro and salsa plus guacamole. Really good stuff. read more

Food is OK, but going downhill until they can show more care into their food. Their quesadillas don't have much cooking in them, the breakfast burritos and enchiladas are about what you should get here. read more

I was in the mood for birria tacos and end up getting soft tacos instead. That really was very disappointing!!!

We wanted a breakfast burrito. So we don't really care for Adolphos burritos because we don't like soggy French fries in our burritos. So we went to El Super Taco. We ordered smothered breakfast burritos. What we got were soggy burritos served wrapped in paper. Obviously they couldn't be smothered in paper . The "smothering" was inside the burrito. I've never eaten a "smothered" breakfast burrito wrapped in paper. We each had one bite and ended up throwing $40 worth of food away. They were gross! read more

Great food! Love the flavors and the Birria tacos are awesome! Always great for my Mexican food cravings.

Food is fair. No flavor at all. Quac is liquid, flavorless mush. Salsa was bland. Carnitas were fair to ok. Not coming back. $30 for carnitas plate with chips and salsa. read more

So I'm not sure if they don't know what a California burrito is, but the one I got ain't it. I should've read the actual menu, but I'm so used to Cali burritos being all the same. But here it's basically a steak, cheese, and potato(not fries, I know its minor, but it's a must) burrito with Pico. Stop calling it a California. California includes fries, steak, cheese, Pico, crema (sour cream) and guacamole. The burrito was dry AF and after one bite I had to run to the bathroom. Red salsa is alright, that's why they get 1 extra star. If you want a good California burrito, go to Vazquez on 4th street. That's where its at and their red salsa is the best ever. read more

Food was fantastic flavors were fresh and amazing. And the salted their food! I'm putting this place up and over Adolfo's and I am pretty pleased with Adolfo's. I got the super chimichanga meal the Spanish rice was fresh and salty but perfectly salted not bland! The chicken was amazing and they had fresh pico under it all. Someone complaining about juice and burritos being watery, to the end of it yes with the fresh pico but who wants a dry a$$ burrito? It comes smothered with guacamole and sauce plus sour cream she gone get a little saucy! I will definitely be back again. read more

The food is consistently good. They offer reward points on food purchases. They make their own salsa, hot sauce, soft drinks, green chili.

Burritos are always soggy, to the point the wrapper is soaked. It's disgusting, never realized burritos are made with liquid until this place. read more

Ordered two ground beef tacos and carne asada fries. I saw them pull the tacos out of the microwave and the shells were soggy. The fries were soggy too, but still tasty. read more

Really good food! Their breakfast burritos & nachos are some of the best of all the fast food joints in the area, but it is difficult to frequent with inflation prices. read more

My wife and I ordered a super nacho and it was super small for 15.00, Taco Bell size. I would not recommend eating here if you are hungry but if you are wanting a small snack for a large price then this is the place. We ordered chicken and got beef instead and appears we were not the only ones in there that was having issue with there order. It is a small place with 5 tables, Parking lot is cramped and not easy to navigate.. read more

Ordered ahead said I'd be there in 15 minutes. They did not start my order until I arrived and had to wait another 15 while groceries were going bad in the car. Worst part was woman working was rude. Wish I could get that tip I left back. read more

Okay for Mexican food this far north of the border. The carne asada fries were okay. Too much oil - cheese quesadilla should not be dripping oil (this was not grease from the cheddar cheese). You can see the oil on the quesadilla and plate. This is not normal for a cheese quesadilla. read more

I love El Super Taco up in Springs, and was excited with moving to pueblo to have one somewhere in this area! Went with my friend and the drive thru was packed! We were both excited because knew that had to mean it was just as good as we were used to up north. The drive thru moved pretty fast, so don't let a long line scare you off from waiting. We ordered a bacon and a sausage breakfast burrito with green sauce. Prices are good and standard as other more fast casual Mexican stops. Huge burritos, loaded with meat, egg, potatoes and cheese. Very good bang for your buck with the amount of meat they actually do load up into these burritos. Super flavorful and well seasoned. The tortillas are nicely toasted to which is always already making for a better burrito. The green sauce adds nice flavor as well. Overall really impressed! Also, bonus they labeled the package of each burrito so we knew which was which! read more

Great authentic Mexican food ! Try the carne asada. They make a great horchata and the tortillas are on point. Would eat here again read more

We ordered two chorizzo breakfast burritos with potato and extra cheese. We got barely any cheese, no potatoes, and whatever that greasy, non flavored meat substance was, it definitely was NOT chorozo. The best place to get burritos. They are big and sooooo good, and at reasonable prices. I love their salsa bar, steak fries, and aguas frescas (Mexican drinks). The place is always clean and the cashiers all very friendly. Plus, they have drive-through. read more

I can't believe how small the portions were. Even the rice and beans. Really, the cost of rice and beans has not gone up enough to only get a small dollop of each. They may need to special order those micro tortillas to make tacos that small. For 2 combos and a kids meal it was $30 including fountain drinks. read more

I was hoping to have a good taco experience but unfortunately when I opened my shredded beef tacos there was barely any beef. It was truly disappointing along with the fact the shell was overly fried. The Drive through lady though was very nice when I placed my order. I also ordered a ground beef taco that had dry meat and also ordered a chicken taco, which was good. read more

Delicious! Love it! Live the breakfast burritos and fresh condiments, always fresh! Can't wait to go back

This place has gone down hill enough for me to finally comment. When this location first opened, it was hands down the best place for burritos in Pueblo West. Since then, cold food, missing items from my order, and questionable food handling practices have become almost normal. The past three times we have ordered, they have missed at least one item that was ordered and on our receipt, and not discovered until opening the bag at home. read more

Excellent breakfast burritos and really a great meal for a great price! Highly recommend

Oh my gosh...best Mexican food ever, at any price point or level of atmosphere. Seriously. We wandered in after arguing about whether to go to Carl's Jr (which shares the parking lot) or this place...we decided to support local business and give it a try. Wow, were we happy we did! The food was just fantastic and not expensive. We will come back on purpose next time we are in the area! read more

In the drive through Iv clearly heard a microwave door open punch in time close and then hear it beep. Trash food way over priced. 4 dollars for a microwaved taco that's most likely going to make you sick is insanity. This place and adolfos both suck don't go to either. Iv been in Pueblo west for a few years and honestly the bar is very low and this place is far below average. Have had food from here that literally was ice cold no melted cheese on enchiladas. I was just in line and left because the price was insane and I know the food is awful but I was hungry... Your better off scrambling yourself some eggs like I'm about to do. read more

Wonderful Mexican themed food. One of the best Shredded Beef taco's in all of Colorado. Chips are some of the best I have ever had. Prices are excellent. Not a great place to sit down, more of a take out. This is not Pueblo Mexican, rather a good example of Southern Cali. read more

Love this place. This place has never disappointed me and I am a picky eater. My ex called me "daunting" O_o They always get my take out order perfect. Never forgotten a taco or an extra salsa. I've even ordered the super nachos with EVERYTHING on the side ( I had to drive 20+ miles and didn't want em soggy) and they did it without one complaint. The meat is delish. I've never had gristle or weird mysterious chewy parts in my Cali burrito or carne Asada tacos . I go at least three times a week and I never regret it!! read more

Since we moved here from California I have been in search of real carne asada. After three years I gave up my search. Today, on a whim, we stopped in this little strip mall joint. I had my doubts but OMG I found NIRVANA! U has an AUTHENTIC carne asada burrito. Thank you El Super Taco. You have made me so happy. We will be in here at least once a week now.
