Valve cover gasket was replaced, no problems . Fuel gauge works , no problem . But the misfiring , and cruise control , well after taking the car back 3 times , still having the same problem. Every time it was something different , replaced this, fixed that, and did this , today car still not fixed . On april 3 2023 called John and told him the car was still doing the same thing!! Wanted me to bring it back and leave it with him for the 4th time , and that's when I asked for a refund, He refused to give me a refund , said what I paid was for parts and labor and a 30 day guarantee applied. Don't care what parts he replaced or how much labor he put in , fact is the car still not working right. No recommendations from me! Thanks

Eventually he changed lanes; I witnessed him tailgate every other car for the next few miles, before eventually turning into a business parking lot. I called the company to complain about their horrible driver - he's the one who answered! He refused to take any responsibility, stating it was my fault, and I should have been in the right lane (despite me witnessing him tailgating a bunch of people in the right lane). He stated he had to get to a traffic accident - what, did somebody back into another car in the parking lot he went to? Clearly no sense of proportion, maybe he tailgates people so he can charge to solve the problem he creates when he inevitable rear-ends someone.

No problem…read more Second week was not looked at, Scotty said he would get to it beginning of third week, no problem, small shop, lots of cars. By the end of the third week I called again and Scotty said he had big jobs that needed to go, so early next week. Ok. Fourth week, Wednesday I called and he said he hadn't looked at it yet but had me on schedule for Monday of fifth week. This is my only car, and Scotty was recommended by someone I trust, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Wednesday of the fifth week he told me he was dealing with an issue on his lift but he was about to put my car on the rack. After work I drive by and see my car hasn't moved since it was dropped off. At this point Scotty decides to tell me he has a lot of big jobs and doesn't know when he'd get to my car. So not only had he lied week after week, he also wasted my time when I trusted he would get it done. I had my car towed to playground automotive in FWB and they diagnosed, order parts and fixed the clutch in 2 days. If he didn't want to work on my vehicle he could have told me before the fifth week. I was completely nice and respectful and he just kept lying. Bad bussiness, wasted my time which is also my money. Lady at the counter was nice enough although it is unfortunate this is the shop she works at.

On our way back home to Indiana our Alternator AND battery quit working. Mind you this is on a Friday at 4pm!! Luckily, we broke down at the Hideaway Bar and Grill in Bruce Fl instead of half a mile in either direction. The closest place for a repair was Wrench It Tire and Auto. I have AAA, but they would only tow to an approved dealer 35 miles away, and they were closed until Monday by the time our van would have made it there. I decided to call Wrench It Tire & Auto to let them know my situation. I talked to Heather (Josh's wife), who told me she would talk to her husband (Josh) to see if they could do anything for us. She said they would be willing to stay later that day to ensure we got back on the road that night! They appointed me as a fantastic tow driver(Larry) for a reasonable price. He had terrific hospitality! I knew we were in great hands when he told me about himself and the people who work at Wrench It. Josh confirmed it was the Alternator and battery. He said he could call his other tech to grab the part from a store that was 30 minutes away and start working on it. They worked on the van until it was past 10pm! They got her all fixed up and back up and running. They had so much patience because we didn't have nearly as much money for the parts and labor on one payment form, so they helped us use multiple different payment forms. I can't express how grateful our family is for this shop and the people who run it! If you're anywhere near Ponce De Leon, Florida area and want to make sure your vehicle is adequately taken care of by personable and caring people, then you NEED to come here! My 86 year old grandmother, aunt and 2 young boys were left stranded at a mcdonalds after their enterprise rental broke down in the morning. There were stranded for 12 hours and enterprise did nothing except send a tow truck later in the evening. The lady with the tow company even offered the enterprise agent to go get the rental exchange and bring it back to my grandma and enterprise wouldn't allow it. So finally I drove 2 hours after they realized they weren't getting a new car and agents were giving them the run around. Then the next morning at a local enterprise counter where we were directed, the lady at the counter was being rude, unhelpful and impatient. When we got the woman from the tow company on the phone to speak with enterprise she laid into them on my grandmas behalf and all the sudden the woman at the desk was apologetic and helpful. She told the lady how terrible their customer service was and how my grandma was severely mistreated. We stood there for 45 minutes of them saying they had no record of the car being picked up etc etc and they couldn't help us and would have gotten nothing helped until the company got involved on our behalf which isnt their job. Absolutely incredible service and highly recommend this company.
