Too bad, used to be best Mexican food around here. But not now, there are better Mexican restaurants near by

El Rio is a good restaurant. The service and atmosphere are pretty good. It's a family-friendly restaurant. But the food is low quality

We were driving back from the Falling Waters State Park and needed something to eat before we got…read moreback into town. We saw a billboard off the highway for this restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. Location is a little unsuspecting because it is dark and next to a dollar tree, but the interior is quite large and well decorated. We were seated right away, and the server gave us chips and salsa immediately. The chips were nice and fresh and warm, and the salsa was fantastic. ServerO is great. He gave us good recommendations and said that everything that has a hat on the menu is usually their most popular. As for the food, we ordered the fajitas mix. I had chicken, beef, and shrimp for two. It is about $27 and came with a lot of food. Definitely not for two, maybe even three. The rice plate came with rice, beans, avocado, as well as two sets of tortillas, which is about three each. It came in a serving plate and was overall pretty good. Would recommend getting again for the amount of food and the taste. We also ordered the torta. Unfortunately, for this one, it wasn't that great. The torta is just a sandwich, pretty much, with whatever kind of meat you have inside and some tomatoes and lettuce. We got the carne asada, but it was super dry and chewy. Would not recommend the carne asada and the torta. This one was about $13, I believe. In total, it was around 55 with tax and tip for a party of 4, so it was actually pretty well priced. We left pretty full, so I would recommend, but wouldn't say it was the best food we have had but good enough for us on the road drive back.

One of the most unassuming Mexican restaurants in Quincy. If I didn't take a pic of the outside for…read morereference, you would still be circling around. The food is extremely cheap especially considering the economy but the quality is not compromised. Tacos are $2. The most expensive item is $14.00. My least fave was the chicken taco...the meat was way too dry but everything else was delicious! My fave was the ceviche tostada. The mango ice cream was also refreshing. Things to note: They cater to the Spanish speaking population but there are English speakers. It's Cash Only! It is very casual. Not really ideal for dining in. There are 3 tables. Everything is made in house!

This place is definitely hard to find. The address directions are definitely wrong. I kept driving…read morearound until I found a brick building with an ice cream sign and a crooked open sign. It looked desolate and there was no one inside when I entered. Soon, a young lady came out of the back. I chose a pack of frozen white corn tortillas. There were also some amazing looking warm pastries and I bought a couple of them. I had a turnover that was pineapple and some curled pastry that was also pineapple. I used the tortillas for dinner the next evening and they were delicious! I'll be going back to Quincy to pick up more tortillas and pastries. Then have lunch at Las Delisious and visit the meat market next door.
