Everyone was so kind, happy and the vibe they put off was awesome! I love the seating options as well. We bought two sets of all the Coraline themed macarons as well as two of the event drinks. Everything was so dang good, but the Coraline blueberry one was freaking so good! I wish I could eat them all ha ha . Next online best to least was the welcome home macaron, cat and pink palace. But let me be clean all were delicious. So soft and not over sugary felling afterwards. My daughter loved the button eye cookie lid. The drinks were good as well! My matcha one was amazing as well! We can't wait to come back for the next event!

My boyfriend and I quite enjoyed our visit. I was really…read morecraving a fresh flavorful, savory croissant, and this fulfilled my craving. I opted for the Ham and cheese croissant, and the sausage croissant. Both breading was fantastic. Good flavor, airy yet crispy, just really well made. I will definitely come back for the ham and cheese croissant. The sausage croissant wasn't really for me (the bread was) it truly is a big sausage in there. It had good flavor, just isn't for me. If they could make just a plain cheese or bacon and cheese that would hit the spot lol We also got their regular cinnamon roll. The breading had a lovely sweet cinnamon flavor and the icing on top had a delicious creamy taste without being overly sweet. The odd part for us was the filling in the inside. I couldn't decide if I cared for it or not, I was almost feeling it was pushing the sweetness over just a bit so l may or may not get that again. Even tho they have seating inside, it feels more like a grab and go. You can def enjoy your item there. But I wouldn't say a spot where you can sit and catch up with a Friend or read a book. It also felt a bit too warm and stuffy so cranking down the AC a bit would help it feel more inviting especially from coming outside from the Arizona heat. I like to enjoy a warm beverage with my dessert and I couldn't imagine doing it in there. We opted to eat in our car Service was friendly and patient. We arrived on a Saturday around 1130 am and their was plenty of items available Can't wait to come back

Do Better Whole Foods! I was guided by a staff member on 7/2 to email the gift card department…read moreabout an issue that was reportedly known by WF. I sent this email about my experience on 7/2 and the Corporate/Global Team's responses (weeks later) and treatment toward me is disappointing for such a large well known brand, especially for something they knew was an issue with their e gift cards and told none of the e gift card recipients about. This has cost me hours of my life at this point and undue stress trying to use the remaining balance for daily grocery needs. I have all of the emails as proof of the timeline and resolution from Corporate. Note: I wasn't getting any replies for weeks (the gift card phone number goes to a non functioning phone numbers well) so I filed a BBB Complaint. WFM didn't reply to that either. While they ended up "fixing the issue", there was no apologies, remorse for the unnecessary experience, treatment, or literally ignoring me for weeks using the sole method of communication (email for gift card support- went wholly unanswered). The fact they still guided me to the non functioning phone number was appalling On Jul 2, 2026, at 12:41PM Hello I just spent literally 25 minutes in a Whole Foods trying to have somebody figure out why my Whole Foods gift card in the email below, was not working and kept saying invalid pin. The gentleman on the phone literally just got off the phone with your company and they told him to have me email you all. I am extremely frustrated at the horrible and disappointing customer service where they should have just issued me a new gift card in store. I left all of my groceries there and spent way too much time in that store that was completely unnecessary. That was after three people tried to help and told me that the guy I just talked to who talked to your phone reps said he could help me. So who can fix this urgently and make it right since my experience has been absolutely atrocious and resulted in unnecessary time additional work on my end and stress that was not needed today.

While there are many local options, I don't mind a smaller, lesser-known chain with quality products. Woops ships most of its goodies from New York and maintains just two locations in Arizona. Their flagship items are macarons, but there are plenty of options for a real breakfast. What I love: You wouldn't upset me if you declared these to be the best macarons in town. I don't know if I'd quite agree with that, but you'd have an argument. I am in love with the croissants--so flaky you must consciously avoid making a mess. The chocolate is my favorite, but I sometimes go with the much heftier almond variety. I'm usually taking mine to-go, but I do enjoy the warm decor inside and the patio seating. What I like: The occasional savory item like the leek and potato pastry is a tasty change of pace. They make breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well. They're open during pretty generous hours, so I've found myself popping in for a snack as late as 8pm. What needs work: The coffee isn't bad, but it might be the least impressive in the neighborhood, both in terms of flavor and selection. No standout lattes and relatively weak iced coffee, but still OK when the sweet treats are the star of the show. I don't think you could go wrong with a plain cold brew on these hot summer days. Overall, I like the product and I like the service, so I'll keep coming back!

We both got the Ham and Cheese Croissant to stay, it had bechemal sauce inside of the sandwhich adding a nice creaminess. The to stay dish does cost a few dollars more than the to go dish. This is because you are served and also it comes with a light salad with Italian dressing. The salad was a nice addition to the sandwhich, it added the perfect amount of freshness. My mom got an apricot cheese danish to go, and she wishes she would have grabbed 3 more, she is insistent that they are the best vanishes that she has ever had in Arizona...so I would recommend checking that out.
