The bread was toasted perfectly (so it didn't kill the roof of my mouth), the tomato's and lettuce were fresh, the bacon crispy, and that basil mayo. A life changing BLT if there is such a thing. A couple side notes I appreciate. Bittersweet's marketing team deserves. Ton of credit - they have some awesome swag available for purchase. Also, this is a Christian oriented cafe with bible verses, messaging, and music. Love it! And finally, check out the story about Bittersweet's roots, its commitment to addiction recovery/support, and the owner's son's story/passing. The same Iron Star that owns Coffee Tree shops. If this coffee is any indication, I think I need to visit Coffee Tree again. It's been a while. Anyway, I had a really good cup of coffee and a peanut butter and jelly cookie. No complaints on the cookie, but I wish they had some breakfast sweets like scones or cinnamon rolls.
