They kinda hid the ample amount of chicken under the crisp lettuce and diced tomatoes. There were plenty of sauces on the table for personalized seasoning. The soft taco shells held everything together well. We then shared their Chicken Enchiladas. As you can see in my pic, there are 3 enchiladas. The chicken was tender and very mildly seasoned. The tortillas held up well to the queso (cheese) sauce. The queso sauce was very thick. As you can see it was a white cheese and with minimal flavoring. On the far left is a small bowl with salsa, guac, sour cream and cilantro. These all aid with tuning in the flavor of the queso sauce to your tastes. The refried beans and rice were okay.
