I am someone who only wants to drink iced coffee and I've found I have more limited options when in Cabo Rojo vs. at home in NYC. Estratos has been my saving grace each time, always delivering an awesome iced latte (and they even have flavors, if you are feelin' like treating yourself to something sweet). On the food side, I've only had their food once, but it was great. I believe their menu rotates, but you're sure to get something tasty here. I'm looking forward to trying it again soon. Best of all, their team is always so friendly and helpful - even inviting us back when they hear we're in town for a few days. In the mourning my friend and I walked into town to get some bread, ice, and a few other items for a day trip to the beach. We passed by this food truck, which is on the way to town. It was almost like in the cartoons when the characters start catch the aroma of food and float towards it. They weren't open yet, so we made a note to return before heading out. Unfortunately, we forgot and by the time we returned from the beach they were closed. We made another note to return the next day. This time we didn't forget. We bought two whole chicken and took them to the beach and made sandwiches with the bread from M&M Bakery. The chicken was moist, perfectly seasoned, and nice and smokey. In addition to chicken, they also sell ribs and pernil. They have sides too. They have about two tables set up, so this is mainly takeout. Perfect for the beach. Owner is very friendly. I definitely recommend checking this spot out when your in La Parguera. Note that their hours may vary from what is posted here on Yelp. It all depends when they run out of food and also the season.
