Located in the back of the building with plenty of parking and a neighboring alley for a quick in and out. The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient in getting your order ready. Space is limited, and if you're lucky you'll find an empty table; and you might need to wait to be seated. But it is definitely worth the wait. Well it was, I was there on 10/31/20 to pick up an order and service was awesome !! That is the reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. I raved about this to my friends for years and when I finally share some with them, it was gross. It doesn't have the taste that made it so good. The chunks of fish were super fishy, it also looked a little different. Maybe different cook? Different fish ? Or both??! ..... it was just a huge letdown. I have to say that this whole in the wall joint is just the best kept secret in Bell. This has not only become a landmark but it's a must come by if your in the city. I've been coming to this place even before it was in its current location. When you first drive by it you might miss it if you blink but the parking lot full of cars will give it away. Inside while small and noisy it's welcoming and you feel at home. Food- the ceviche is one to write home about this is the best make sure you ask for extra tostadas and an avocado . The coctel de Camaron is not cold but hot and extremely savory not fancy about the coctel just great mixtures of flavores and they give you plenty of shrimp. The fish tacos (only served on weekends) are also great and you can actually taste the fish not just batter like other places. Great food what else is there to say. I drove 20miles just because I know how delicious their cocteles and ceviche are. Oh boy I'm not sure what is going on but I seriously got the worst cocteles ever! This location has been open for a king time you can tell by the old Mexican celebrities in the photos on the wall. This a hole in the wall type of place with a small amount of seating. We usually stop by and pick up some cups of ceviche to take to LA beaches and eat once we are there. My favorite thing to get is the fish ceviche but have tried almost everything there. Not your typical ceviche pretty just fish and cilantro you have to get some avocado on the side to add on. I load up the ceviche with tapitio avocado and salt and eat with the tostadas.
