I live in Fontana California been coming here since literally a hole in the wall with the original owner 35 years plus this is my anti-depression food. This is the last meal if I'm dying the tostadas I made fresh the shrimp are generously big hundred percent would recommend it.

Darn! Came on the day they are closed. I did though take a photo of the hours and also some important information about their no more use of Styrofoam containers.

I have been dining here since 1994 and I have always ordered the cocktail de Cameron with warm broth . It's absolutely the best . This place is a small hole in the wall but always busy and very well known for all their fresh ceviche's and cocktails. When in the area a must try .

I've been going to El Pollero 95 for several years. This is definitely the spot if you want fresh, no added fuss, delicious ceviche! Located in the back of the building with plenty of parking and a neighboring alley for a quick in and out. The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient in getting your order ready. Space is limited, and if you're lucky you'll find an empty table; and you might need to wait to be seated. But it is definitely worth the wait. My go-to is the shrimp ceviche and it never disappoints. It always seems to satisfy the craving. Oh and most importantly, CASH ONLY!

Best shrimp cocktail. I've been coming here for more than 20 years and I don't mind the drive from Orange County.

Food quality has definitely gone down. They use different fish then original and smaller and under cooked.

To start off I wouldn't call myself a mariscos connoisseur but I know good food! My cousin…read moresuggested we go here and as soon as we walked in I was impressed with how much thought went into the place (chairs, tables, decorations). I ordered ceviche crudo, I forgot what the plate was called but it did not disappoint! I did have to add a dash of salt and salsa which was already on the table. My cousin ordered some fried fish platter for the table and that was amazing as well. Service was a little slow but the servers were doing their own running, bussing, and taking care of tables so I get it. I definitely will be returning! Update:. My first visit the food was 10/10 and this last visit it was a 7/10. My ceviche was watery, lacked lime, and the shrimp smelled like it had not been washed. I understand the other reviews now :(

WOW! AMAZING FOOD, CLEAN RESTAURANT, GREAT SERVICE…read more Service: 5/5 Luckily, my in-laws and partner know Spanish, because if not- I'd be screwed! Haha. The waitresses only know Spanish, however they're as nice as can be. They're fast, always making sure our drinks are filled, and they're super pretty!!! Haha. Food: 5/5 We came mostly for the tacos, (Marlene) we haven't had these since we went to Mexico; I'm not a taco kinda girl myself, but these hit! Marlene is favorite and super hard to come by. They were excellent. We also ordered "CAMARÓN MANCHA MANTELES" Cajun style. . It came with corn wheels, corn, sausage, and the sauce was to die for! It can easily feed 3. Perfect for a gringa like me; * it was better than boiling crab tbh* LOL All around: 5/5 I feel like the pricing is great, and worth it. My tray of seafood was $35.00. At boiling crab I usually spend about $50, and I feel it is way less food. 3 Marlene tacos for $18.00, I also feel is super worth it. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood!

I figured it was smart since it could be a great lunch place for all the nearby employees. Yes, parking I totally see can be a pain in the ass. There's a couple spots in front with two hour parking. If they're taken you're kind of screwed, or maybe they're screwed because most people won't want the hassle. I got a spot out front. Inside, the restaurant is clean. The server was very nice. The menu has some great options while not being toooo big and overwhelming. I ordered Emely Roll and Dodger Roll. They were both so pretty, fresh and good! I was really pleased. I asked about parking and I was told that after the car wash closes at 5 you can use all that space to park behind the building. I recommend the place! I've been to a LOT of sushi places and I liked it here.

I ordered their vegan tofu roll, which was decent, not bad but not good either, just bland honestly, white rice, tofu and avocado topped with roasted bell peppers. I'll say that the bell peppers were the stars in these rolls, 3/5. I also ordered their crunch roll which had tempura shrimp and other toppings for my girlfriend. She said she liked them so 4/5. Overall I give a 3.5, leans more towards a 3, reason being is that there is no parking, you have to hunt for parking as they share with a car wash which takes most of the space.
