I had to go & find the one person on the second floor who clearly didn't know about the inventory. How could they? It was one person for multiple departments. The sales associate did the best they could. And I appreciate them Check out person was rude & sullen. No way will I shop at this Target again.

I had to walk around the store several times to make sure I didn't miss anything. They had high quality journals, planners, note pads and letter writing sets from such great companies like Hobonichi, Midori and Leuchtturm. They also had a nice selection of pens including Kaweco and Lamy fountain pens--two of my favorite brands. Oh, and they had the funniest selection of greeting cards. This is what dreams are made of. Can you tell I'm a little in love with this place? My only complaint is that I wish they were located closer to where I live so I could visit them more often. I can't wait to stop in again to see what treasures they have to offer.

Yes there were a decent amount of clothes, but not much quality, good condition, or nicer brands. The staff were friendly when I walked in! Most clothes are $4 or less. Books were 0.50 or 0.25. Worth a peak if in the area but I wouldn't make a trip just for this store. The place was decently organized and prices were clear. The store itself kind of blends into the dollar tree next door, but it is there!

The product selection after a football weekend was great even though a few items were out of my…read moresize. Rally House always has a great selection. However, the checkout process is where expectations fell very short. First, the device to remove the magnetic theft detection device on clothing didn't work so the associates spent 6-8 minutes try to pry it off with scissors. I was watching the entire time thinking they would damage the $110 pullover. They could tell I was concerned and said they had been having to take this approach all day. The woman at the register seemed annoyed when I was asking about it and alluded that I had a choice to return it or wait until they successfully removed it. They final removed the device with scissors and thankfully didn't damage the product as the few remaining pieces on the rack in my size showed scuffs/marks on them. My issues are mangement should have provided the sales associates with a working machine to remove the magnetic device. And the woman at the register should be much much more customer-centric. You should try shopping at Scheels to get a sense for outstanding customer service. Thanks.
