Last night, I took a few buddies to one of the trucks on Beach Blvd. but on Saturday night I made a pit stop here before a night on the town. I've raved about them in previous reviews for separate locations and this one is no different. Service quick and to the point, you'll never find yourself waiting more than ten minutes for food. And my god, are the tacos fantastic. I've ordered all of them over the years, however, I ALWAYS order the shrimp taco. These camarones are juicy, plump and succulent. There's something about ordering it "all-the-way" that brings out the best in the shrimp. Double wrapped corn is the way to go. Mr. Taco has become apart of weekly routine, hence an important part of my life. I wouldn't have it any other way, baby!

I was surprised you could order from the lunch menu on a weekend but it was a nice option. The taco salad was not your typical bowl but more of a large taco shell, but it was still really good. Some of the other diners around me got lunch fajitas, a chicken and shrimp dinner with queso and quesadillas. Everything was well cooked but the ground beef was a little bland. The servers did a great job getting the food out despite the large number and we all ended up eating as a group though there was a little confusion at times as to who ordered what due to the large number of persons. I had to have my check corrected after the server charged me for a drink I did not order (at $4 a piece for a soda I had to fix that).
