During that time, multiple tables for four became available, but no one offered to seat us again. About 20 minutes later, the restaurant was nearly empty, and the table that supposedly had a reservation was never used. We left the restaurant at 5:00pm. The confusing and inconsistent information--from one person saying the next reservation was at 6:00 PM to another rushing us out claiming it was at 4:00 PM--made the experience unnecessarily complicated. It would have been appreciated if the staff had communicated better or offered us a table once more became available. While the situation left us feeling somewhat overlooked, the restaurant itself has potential. With better coordination and customer awareness, this could be a much better experience.
