There are soooooo many other options , to make the most of your trip , go with a different company. We had such horrible customer service that we gave up our deposit drove down the road and rented from a different company. So thankful we did. Privately owned, they care about their customers. We were a little concerned about actually having an RV to rent when we got there but there was no problem when we picked up. Our trip was good and the checkout process was fine however they could've spent a little bit more time explaining the ends and outs of RVing. Luckily we found lots of information on YouTube about things to expect on our adventure. We ended up returning our RV late on Saturday night as we came home early. We dropped our keys in a lockbox and never heard back from them until we finally got our refund on Tuesday or Wednesday after the return. I would've appreciated after spending nearly $2000 that I would've at least gotten a phone call or an email explaining what they charged me for. We left a $500 deposit and they refunded about 150 of it upon return. I did call on Tuesday to ask if they had received the RV and they said they were in the middle of checking it in nobody phoned me back. We had a number of issues some safety related and I would have thought that they would appreciate getting some feedback which since they didn't return my phone call didn't receive. So I will leave it here. The freezer stopped working during our trip and we lost all our frozen food. There was a check light that went on and I needed to read about how to reset it myself. We tried calling the one 800 number which is supposed to be the rescue number but after 25 minutes on hold nobody picked up. There was also a strange wire that was dangling between the gas and brake pedal and it was quite Dangerous and I would have hoped they could have fix that. All in all a very pleasant trip but quite expensive.

The first thing we did upon arriving in Chicago was call the company to confirm a pickup time for…read moreour camper. Initially, we were told that it would be ready at 1:00 PM, but later they informed us it wouldn't be available until 3:00 PM. No apology or compensation was offered for this change. Regardless, we decided to arrive early and be on time. We got there at 2:30 PM and unfortunately had to wait until 6:30 PM -- a total of three and a half hours -- to receive the camper. To make matters worse, we were informed at the moment of pickup that the two kits we had added to our reservation -- the bedding kit (which included towels, sheets, pillows, etc.) and the kitchen kit (with plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.) -- were not available. They told us we would have to go to Walmart ourselves to buy all those items, because they "didn't have time" to prepare them. On top of that, the camper was damaged. They told us that the awning didn't work and that if we wanted one, we would have to buy it ourselves. The camper was also handed over with the toilet tank completely full, which we had to empty on our own. The water tank was not filled either -- they only took care of it after we pointed it out. Additionally, the generator failed to start on multiple occasions and only worked on the third attempt. This gave us no sense of confidence, and we left feeling anxious about potential issues during the trip. The staff were not friendly at all, and the service we received was far from professional. We felt neglected and poorly treated throughout the entire process. Our experience with this company was very disappointing. After having to go to Walmart to buy all the basic essentials that we were counting on, and after waiting over three hours to receive a damaged camper, we were unable to reach the campsite we had booked as our first stop. We had to spend the night in a parking lot in Chicago, which was a complete disaster. We are extremely dissatisfied and will not book with this company again, nor will we recommend it to others.

I purchased a Leer panel bed cover for my pick up truck, it took a few weeks to get the order in, but once it was delivered, the installation was quick and professional. I am very happy with my experience and purchase, and would use them again. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience today with the good folks at The Truck Stop. I came into the store as I had…read morea question about one of the features of a Leer Truck cap that I had purchased from them a few months before (how the interior dome light worked). From the wonderful woman at the front desk who readily responded to my inquiry and who called the owner from the back who was in the repair shop, all was professionally and courteously handled. In fact, when it became clear that one of my truck's tail lights had burned out, the owner volunteered to replace the bulb free of charge. All I had to do was go across the street to an auto parts store and come back with a new bulb. The owner installed it free of charge. Admittedly, in his skilled hands, it only took a minute or so, but, still, he was under no obligation to volunteer his labor. Thank you, Truck Shop!
