We requested the RV be delivered and it was waiting for us with the AC running on a hot summer day. The RV looked beautiful- very well maintained, smelled nice and fresh. The towels were clean and crisp, the bedding immaculate, they provided pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, toilet paper, paper towel, etc ( they even included a camping outdoor rug, 2 camping chairs and beautiful decor) The owners, a beautiful couple, were very informative, didn't lose patience with the many questions we asked them before booking and answered quickly when we had questions during our stay. They were very generous to us and treated us like friends although it was our first time using them. Overall, our experience with this business exceeded our expectations: from the affordable price, excellent customer service and beautiful unit. I recommend them 100% .

He tried to stay under our tow weight limit and explained what all of the different numbers meant as we asked about the trailers. He was knowledgeable, polite, and even made the teenager smile. If we decide to purchase the one we liked, we will be going back to Buzz specifically.

We dropped off our RV for a simple yearly inspection which they wants $450 a week went by we…read morereceived a call that it would be another week 3 weeks later they still haven't done the inspection so we decided to pick up our RV & take it back home the next day we called a mobile RV mechanic made an appointment he came out did the inspection in 1.5 hr paid him less than what affordable RV wanted this was not the first time this happened the first time we took our RV for repair we waited a month and an half. We will not be using Affordable RV for any of our future repairs. I gave them 1 star because the people we nice & accommodating.
