We picked the Tri-tip and Chicken option. It came with pasta, salad, garlic mashed potatoes, dinner rolls and butter. We also chose 2 appetizers for the cocktail hour. They were the meatballs and crackers with assorted cheese. We also chose 2 servers to help with the buffet and bussing tables.. The day came and they got there on time. They laid out everything nicely in the chafing pans. The servers were very attentive. They served, cleared plates, threw everything away. The food was delicious!
