Saturday night, packed, but we were seated immediately in a clean and cozy booth. All the employees there knocked customer service outta the park. Our server: Angel, was THE BEST! Very attentive, quick, and so friendly. I've visited most of the Mexican restaurants in Albany, and they have the best chicken chimichangas I've had so far. No complaints on prices. This behavior was completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and made me feel unsafe as a customer. I was treated with hostility for an issue that was not my fault. No customer should ever feel threatened when attempting to pick up an order. Due to this incident, I will not return to this establishment and cannot recommend it, particularly to Black customers who deserve to be treated with respect and safety. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
