Most importantly it's very clean and all the machines are working. They do live up to their name "half off" indeed laundromat. The big 70lbs washers were only $3.50 and if you choose the "extra wash" button it would cost only .25c more. This is their month of July special. However, if you go wash on Tuesdays, (every Tuesday) dryers are free, and every Thursday all the washers are half off. What really important for me that they do have fluff & fold service and it's only .99c per pound, plus 5 lbs are free, also for a first time user first 10lbs are l. I mean, yay :) Employees are so nice and helpful. Very attentive and they keep the place spotless. Just love that. They are always around making sure that you as a customer are satisfied. If something is not the way you wanted, they are right there to offer to help. Thank you Idira so much for all your help and great customer service. They are 4 TVs, few game tables, little stuffed animals machine, which we played and yes, my daughter won two stuffed cuties, a dog and a kitty for me :) Time flew by quickly. We didn't worry about recharging our phones, because guess what? Yes, they have free wi-fi and a charger station. Also, there are refreshments and light snacks vending machines, very convenient. It has a nice, clean bathroom, washing station and lots of comfy chairs, plus two big massage chairs. Overall, liked the place. Will recommend strongly, either do it yourself or use the service (they even offer to pick up and drop off) seriously it doesn't get better than that when faced with chores of doing laundry. And as always, Indira (I believe she is a manager) is the best.

La Buenísima used to be a solid, no-nonsense laundromat. The old PayRange digital payment system…read moreworked well, was efficient, and actually made doing laundry less painful. Then they "upgraded"... and managed to make everything worse. Now you have to physically swipe at every single machine, which is not only inconvenient but raises real concerns about card skimmers and my bank tests me about potential fraud given the number of duplicate transactions. That oversight alone is troubling in 2026, when secure, touchless payments already exist and were already working here. To make matters worse, the network is "out of range" or down at least half the time, forcing customers back to coins anyway. Yes, there's an ATM on site, which is nice but then what's the point of digital payment if it doesn't reliably work? And when you ask the staff on site you get an "I don't know" That's not convenience, that's backtracking. This is the textbook definition of if it's not broken, don't fix it. The old system worked. This one is clunky, unreliable, and feels like a step backward in both usability and security. I'll still come here if I have to, but the experience has gone from efficient to frustrating for no good reason. Please reconsider the payment system, because right now, it's the weakest part of the business. The free dry is awesome and the staff keep the place clean which is the only reason I give it two stars.

Putting a towel to catch the water falling out, so this issue needs to be immediately fixed obviously. Also I've noticed that when I wash my white clothes the water isn't close to being hot. It's more warm than anything. I need hot water for my white clothes to be properly washed. It's disappointing because I''m paying extra for hot water when I could've just payed less and pressed warm instead. And some dryers and washers seem to be out of order/service and not catered to last couple of times I've been here. The only reason why I gave it 1 star is because of their PayRange paying option which saves me from going to take money and to make change. That's it.

Then it's the temperature for hot water is definitely not hot. I noticed awhile back that it was lukewarm and again today. I like to wash my whites in hot. I'm not looking for scolding but at least a decent temperature not lukewarm. The washers are expensive with not enough water. Quarters are always getting stuck. Dryers are only 8 minutes a quarter. Oh they always have broken down washers and dryers. Not once have I ever walked in to all of them working. OMG! The damn air was like a sweat shop. Everybody was sweating. It was blowing hot air. The only way you'd felt cool was to stand where the air blew if you had sweat. Disgusting!!!! I keep coming for convenience for the quarter machine and I can use my phone when I run out of cash.
