It was a little on the pricey side, but overall it was an enjoyable time. We had to reschedule the first date we chose because it was windy and pouring down rain. The second date was perfect weather. We were picked up at the resort and driven quite far to a smaller marina in north Cancun. The boat was older and pretty basic. We did like the fact that it was a smaller group - maybe 20 total people. We stopped half way to Isla Mujeres and snorkeled for 15-20 minutes. We saw quite a few fish and a manta ray. When we got back on the boat, we were handed a paper bag with an apple and either a chicken burrito or a ham and cheese sandwich. No chips or anything. Drinks were included and while they were pretty tasty, there could not have been much alcohol in them. We decided to walk and shop on Isla Mujeres, checked out the beautiful beach with clear water, then sat at a restaurant on the beach to wait for the return trip. Three hours was too long for us on the island, but I guess if you rented a golf cart or taxi, it might have been fine. Overall, we felt it was priced a little high for the overall experience. But we did enjoy ourselves, nonetheless.

The private beach was a great time but I will warn you there are people out there trying to sell you things. Along with the chairs on the beach are not free you do have to pay for them. The price of the tour was very reasonable and easy to book.

Keep in mind these are only here in season…read more (Starting around June 1st - September 15th) The downside to coming to Mexico to swim with the Whale Sharks is you have to wear those ridiculous life vests, but in Isla Mujeres it's almost a guaranteed sighting. Due to government regulations no free diving . The life vest makes it seem like more of a tourist trap than pelagic adventures in other countries. Still a great experience to be in the water with such magical creatures.

Once we returned, we stopped at Playa Norte (some the prettiest water I have ever seen in my life) and they made some fresh ceviche for everyone on board. They also provided two meals, the first one was pastries and beverages (water, soda, hot chocolate, and coffee) and the last one was a full on buffet spread (salad, cheese, meats, bread, water, soda and beer). Our tour guide, Manny was amazing and he made the trip very memorable. He was very helpful with my mother in law and my little son. He guided the group from beginning to end and made the trip to all four cenotes a breeze. We all had a fantastic time and we even purchased the pictures at the end. Aside from the photographer, I recommend bringing a water case for your phone and a GoPro! We got so many amazing videos with my husband's GoPro. I cannot express how fun this excursion was and would definately do it again. Tips: Wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing on the bus and for after. Towels are provided. We ordered the package with food and the chef had snacks ready for us when we got to the dock. He cooked the rest of lunch while we set sail to Isla Mujeres. They served us drinks And helped us get some good photos in. Cons: Only one real con. My only suggestion is to make sure you make your final payment through PayPal or with cash the day of your excursion. There is no WiFi at the dock and I ended up having to pay via credit card which was an additional $50+ dollar fee, even though I was going using his iPad. Had I known in advance I would've just logged into my paypal account, but didn't realize until it was too late. He didn't communicate that part well. Other than that one issue, there really were no other issues. I highly recommend this company! I will be using them anytime we return to Cancun/Riviera Maya

It was strange that they didn't have black iced coffee at this Starbucks. The check in office was spacious, process was fast and easy. Hubby booked our tour from a third party so he just paid fees for dock tax and snorkeling on site. Our private transportation got us here a bit early so we walked around and took some photos of this beautiful marina and ocean. They even had a massage parlor on the little beach. We were there in the afternoon so most people were already out at sea. There was barely any other people at the marina and it was so nice & quiet which is always what I prefer. I recommend book a tour here whenever you visit Cancun. Caribbean Sea is so beautiful and snorkeling gets you to tour the reefs and tropical fish even underground museum. Or just some sailing at sea is relaxing enough to have a very good time for a couple hours or even a day!
