Boca de Tomatlan is a beautiful tiny village to visit and local fishermen can take you to nearby beaches, I recommend going to Yelapa and taking a nice walk through the village to Cascada de Yelapa (waterfalls) and then enjoying the beach.
Whether you are hungry before or after this trip, I love this restaurant. It's a family run business, I think it's grandma in the kitchen cooking and the food here is amazing. From fresh daily catch to aguachile and seviche. If you are looking for a great seafood spot, this is your place!
The only minus is that they don't have any beer on draft and they also don't offer any of their amazing local craft beers. It's all just the big brands in the bottles and cans but if you are coming for the food, you won't regret. Also, considering this is such a tiny restaurant in a small village I think it would be difficult to use up all the beer in the keg before it goes bad, so I would still go with five stars.
