The Chicken enmolada will change your life. The chicken is the star of the dish, not to be outdone by the spices that complement it. Even the guacamole was a standout. It is pure, not the kind of guacamole that you'll find at any Tex Mex establishment. It is hand crafted, smooth, lightly salted, with a dash of lemon. Service was incredible.
