We stumbled upon El Bar del Circol on a Monday night in Badalona when almost all the other restaurants were closed. It was full of locals and we knew we had found something special. Every tapa we ordered was excellent and the combined flavors even better. Check out the mushroom and foie gras croquettes, the beet hummous, and anchovies in vinegar. Eat them all together! And the mojito made by Mark was as fresh as could be!
