Many of the guests did not show up. Either way the taco truck ran out of food Steak, Cheese and Guacamole. They brought plates and napkins but no tableware (forks/knives). Chips yes, but NO salsa. Our first meeting with the owner he raved about a beverage called Horchata. Not knowing what it was we agreed to include it. We still don't know what Horchata is the caters never brought it. Reaching out to the owner 2 times with no reply is why I'm writing this review. We were not asking for anything more than what we paid for... And you know what a little under seasoned is fine because if you have an adventurous palate you have to get the black salsa. It is very spicy but with an incredible smoky depth of flavor. It really makes the tacos pop. And to top everything off, the refried beans are phenomenal, so rich, and silky. I'm not really a eat a forkful of beans guy but I could eat a pint of these refried beans. We got a couple of these including the Tomarindo. It's about $12 for the Vegetable Fajitas. These came with broccoli, green peppers, guacamole, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes. At least it was a lot.
