Probably my favorite restaurant in Spain. Their tuna was completely fresh and presentation was fantastic. I ordered the squid tartare, the tuna sandwich which tasted just like a meaty hamburger and set in a cute fast food box, and their assorted tuna. The Temple of Tuna, El Campero is the place to eat in a tuna-filled town. Sit at a table and order from the extensive menu in one of the swanky art-deco dining rooms or, better yet, find some elbow room at the bar and eat as many tapas as you can. Try the mini-burger with spicy kimchi sauce, the foie bombón with mojama (air-dried tuna loin) and apple sauce, and the slow-roasted parpatana (pectoral fin) with tomato sauce and pea puree.
