This shop is located on the second floor of a plaza and offers seating outside to wait if needed. About 10 minutes after our reservation time I was called in while my friend remained waiting. My haircut was about 3/4 done before he finally was called - it was about 45 minutes after our reservation time at that point. The haircuts themselves were decent and the location is clean but the long wait was a huge turn off. Also, there are better barber shops in the area that offer a hair wash, styling and massage for less than what they charge here for a basic cut. They shouldn't accept reservations if they can't honor the time.
