Our barber didn't speak English and I am not fluent in Spanish but he got it by pointing at a wonderful gentleman's hair since he had a great cut with me adding here and there! Though, there were a few more instructions along the way since he parted it in a different place and had to blend that in. Our barber was young and really not an expert like many of the ones in the back row (the seniority goes up as you get closer to left side) from the door. Ours was last chair but he fixed things if we asked until it was right. He would score a 3 for the cut but a 5 for keeping at it until we had it close. It is very short but as the super nice gentleman that we used as the model said, "in 2 weeks it will be good". LOL! Time does heals all haircuts.

In my years knowing hubs, he has never gone for the bald look and to leave him like that was horrible. Im glad he's a good sport and kept reassuring it will go back but yeah get the dude who I assume is the owner with the tatts to fade/taper you. Kid was nice as he did cut the strays on top of the braids and clean his eyebrows. Hubby had to put more sunscreen to avoid burning his skin while at the beach.
