He knew the staff so perhaps we got some extra attention because of that. I am not complaining though. The drinks and food were excellent! The chill tempura was great. The highlight was the steak. Hearty, tasty and 100% delicious. They bring out the steak so you can see it before they cook it. They then sear it and bring it out along with a grill so you can cook it as long as you want. The grill had beef fat on it to add to the goodness. I barely put it on the grill because I wanted some rare meat. I had a local dessert which was tasty and I don't think they needed to clean the plate after since I took care of it! Another thoroughly memorable meal!

El único camarero que estaba dentro nos vió y no hizo ni una intención de atendernos. Tuvimos que ir adentro donde nos dijo que no tenían servicio de terraza. Lo curioso es que, a la vez, el mismo camarero les sacó cafés a otras dos señoras que se acababan de sentar en la terraza. El camarero todavía nos hizo entrar a por las bebidas. No volveremos.

They also serve a very affordable lunch menu and is a perfect place for an i formal dinner. Besides the pintxos you should try the rabas (Basque version of fried calamari), kiskillas (little shrimp), caracolillos and the oysters. All their products are extremely fresh and top quality. We tried for Victor de Monte's and while we found 3 open tables they refused to let us sit for pintxos and were unfriendly about it. Thanks to that we landed here in Zuga. My son studied abroad and had food here often. The foie gras was out of this world! Also very inexpensive for delicious bites.
