This Limo parking next to us decided to pull out at high speed regardless and I quickly pull my kid out of the way. The limo's sideview mirror would have hit my 6-years-old head and injured her pretty bad if I didn't act fast enough. After he pulled out of the space, I tapped his window lightly and asked him to apologize. Instead of acknowledging that he did something wrong, he ignored me and circled the parking lot at 25 MPH (pretty high speed for parking lots with kids). As he was circling the parking lot, I confronted him again by stopping in front of his car. he looked at me and just kept laughing and made no attempt to apologize his behavior. I took pictures of his car, license and him so I can report him to authorities. My guess is that he was waiting for a client to finish shopping. Please consider using another company so we do not encourage these sort of bad drivers on the road. I will post the pictures on Yelp as well.

I gave the person I spoke to the addresses involved and the last name and they said it was canceled. We booked a special vetted service that she felt more comfortable with and paid upfront. I was at work and unable to leave when she let me know her flight had landed and this taxi company's driver had picked her up and they claimed the booking hadn't been canceled. So she was freaked out because someone who wasn't supposed to pick her up had, and to boot, she had to pay cash for the ride. Absolutely disgraceful and frankly unsafe. My daughter was put in a terrible situation because someone on the taxi end screwed up.

I told him that he had to drive me to my destination. He said no. He was blocking traffic. I told him to go and he recklessly sped across 5th & El Camino heading in wrong direction. I corrected him & he made sharp, fast turns at one time going against traffic on S. S Mateo Ave than to 4th ECR. I evacuated the cab then. He was totally out of control. I really dislike YELP. I just discovered that my review of Yuvi Limo Service was "not recommended"…read morebut they left up ONE horrible review. Years later, I still contact Shane and use Yuvi Limo Service for all our ground transportation needs in the SF Bay Area. He's always prompt and helpful. I just can't say enough about the service. They've got several types of vehicle available, so when my boss and his family are headed out for a family vacation (more suitcases than people!!!), Shane sends the big SUV, and there's plenty of room for all the bags, and the people to ride in comfort and safety. When I've got last minute changes, Shane adjusts his team and has always taken care of my executive travelers. I have even used Yuvi for my own personal travel, and what a stress reliever that is for an OCD Type A like me!! Here's my original review, from June 2012. You can see it if you click through the "not recommended" reviews. Shame on YELP for hurting people's business by censoring for no apparent reason. :-\ "We've been using Yuvi Limo for a couple years now for all our company transportation needs. Shane and his team are prompt, courteous and helpful. On more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond to ensure my team arrived on time for flights, events etc. As a result of the great service we've been receiving, I even booked Yuvi for my own airport drop off and pick up for personal vacation, and loved the quick, safe trip to and from the airport. I noticed one of the other reviews indicates they (Yuvi) never got the text...perhaps the person didn't enter in the phone number correctly when they sent the text (?) I generally schedule with Shane directly, via email. He has always replied immediately, and confirms by phone as well. If you don't get a confirmation within a couple of hours of your request, always assume your message didn't make it and check with them."
