The driver stepped away for a stroll while we were taking photos. When we were done taking photos and came back to the party bus, he was not at the bus. Per the website (see pic) nowhere does it state that price is a base charge. In fact it's all-inclusive. When I clarified what I was reading of the site, I was told they could only do $380 for 3 hours instead of the 4 hours stated. Person I dealt with was named Riz. He then said he would need to have someone who deals with these types of events contact me later in the day. Well I never received a call so I followed up. Riz was not available so I explained our agreement. The guy says he'll check if date is available in Sept next year without actually finding out the specific date and suddenly they just booked their entire fleet for that week. Tried to ask for the owner who is also mentioned on their site and here on Yelp but apparently "he no longer works there".
