I cannot praise Dr. Eko enough. I don't know that my words can truly express my gratitude for Dr. Eko. Dr. Eko performed a skin and nipple saving bilateral mastectomy in December 2024 with tissue expanders placed for reconstruction. I spent an entire year, due to prior radiation, waiting for my final implants, which were completed in December 2025. Throughout that journey, Dr. Eko demonstrated extraordinary professionalism, compassion, precision, and skill. One of my greatest fears after surgery was that I would never regain sensation in my nipples or surrounding tissue. For over a year, there was no feeling at all. Then, in April 2026, something remarkable happened -- sensation and nerve function began returning to my nipples. To experience that after believing it might never happen truly felt miraculous. I cannot adequately express my gratitude for the care and expertise this surgeon provided. The cosmetic outcome is beautiful, but even more importantly, I feel that I was treated with genuine dignity and care during one of the most difficult experiences of my life. Dr . Frederick Eko scarred me permanently. He is a monster . He deformed me permanently. Had eyelid surgery. Day of surgery woke up without underwear . My left eyelid drooping with inflammation scar tissue right eyecrease permanently scarred with scar tissue and suture ball looks like a pimple. He refused to give me medication needed to heal my eyes . Called 3 times in March every 2 weeks they told me send pictures I did no call back the next day I called back I was told it would go 3rd call spoke to office manager she said there always be scars called back to days in arow Stefanie , the office manager was unavailable , I was seen in mid April the doctor said there always be scars told that if it's still there a year from surgery he would remove . 1 year later , he said there always be scars , I don't have scars , you can barely see the scars , he will not fix it nor refund me. read more

I had breast implants and Brachioplasty done in 2020. This was the worst place to go to. I paid for it all up front. Worst experience, Implants move around close to under arms and brachioplasty has UNBELIEVABLE AWFUL SCARRING!!! He refused to fix any of it unless I paid for it again. I have never and would never recommend people to go to him. I even went for mammogram because my primary found a lump last year, well doctors there were baffled at the amount of internal scarring and lump was part of the scarring. I now have to get mammograms every 6 months to keep an eye on it all. Yes I have talked to staff, no point if he wants me to pay all over again but I wish I never went there. I won't say my name on here for this company to verify but if anyone needed proof I would be glad to show the HORRIFIC scars on even just my Brachioplasty. Please avoid this place! I attended the grand opening event and invited my mother, who is in her early 40s, to join me. The facility looked very nice, and they offered free consultations as part of the event. I've had Botox many times before and am familiar with the process, but it was my mother's first experience. During her consultation, the doctor told her she would need a full facelift by her mid‑50s. This comment felt unnecessary and inappropriate, especially considering she has minimal fine lines. We chose to overlook the remark at the time. I went ahead and booked a Botox appointment. Within one month, the Botox had completely worn off--something I've never experienced before. The same thing happened to my friend who attended with me that day. She returned for a touch‑up after the recommended two weeks and was still charged full price, only for the results to fade again within a month. This was my first and last visit to Dr. Eko. In my past experiences, Botox has consistently lasted around six months with no issues. Based on our results, it seemed the product may have been overly diluted. Run, dont walk, away from this terrible doctor and plastic surgeon. The doctor kept me waiting for an hour and did me a favor that he even came in to meet with me. His manner was condescending, dismissive, impatient and uncaring. After my appointment, I was relegated to work with his incompetent surgery scheduler and his equally rude and incompetent office manager. They bungled the insurance request, sent the wrong paperwork, and three weeks later, I still haven't heard back from them, despite my calling every day for an update. The office manager went so far as to dismiss my situation as "not urgent" and evidently not important enough to give me the courtesy of an update. When I asked for a follow up appointment with the doctor, I was advised I would have to wait four weeks to see him again in person. My take away: 1. This doctor is only in it for the money. He does not show any interest for the patient and/ or their concerns. 2. His paperwork lied about what he disclosed and explained to me about the procedure and the circumstances of my case. He claims to have provided and educated me with what I need to know to make an informed decision about my my surgery requirements. 3. His office staff were so incredibly rude, that calling them felt traumatic and uncomfortable 4. Follow up from this doctor and his staff was negligible to the point of being thoroughly dismissive. 5. This has got to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. My advice to you, find another provider. Good luck. read more

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Dr. Ekos office , his staff is always rude and clearly the Dr doesn't care. The Receptionist told me to shut up after expressing how unhappy I was as a patient. The Dr preformed a surgery on me AFTER he himself suggested I don't, assuring me that everything would be fine. 2 years later everything is NOT fine. Just go somewhere else! The entire staff is so rude, weird and uninviting INCLUDING Dr Eko. I ignored his strange comments and bedside manner the first time I received Botox from him less than a month ago when he incorrectly injected me. I had to go back 3 weeks later for a touch up and they charged me full price... he clearly does not care about his patients and is money hungry. No wonder he constantly has to give out coupons to get people in there lol (Update 21 days later: I went to my LA injector and she injected more Botox for free because Eko's was already wearing off. It seems like Eko over dilutes his product... keep in mind I have never had this problem and botox should last around 6 months) Also- If you were thinking about getting a surgery done by this man just step foot into the lobby and look at the botched photos of breast augmentations he displays, so embarrassing. Do your research and go somewhere that specializes in exactly what you want done. My first meeting was a bit overwhelming and I felt intimidated by Dr. Eko. I came to him with a breast reduction. But by the second visit I knew he was the surgeon for me! The gals who run his office are amazing, small detail they always remembered my name. I also had my mother at all my visits and they even remembered her name. LOVE THE CARE. As for my time with Dr. Eko I loved to push it with him and ask tons of questions. He always gave me his full attention and always gave me the truth as to what was going to happen. He never made me feel stupid or belittled for not knowing. He even was patient with me when I went over all my "internet searches" questions and concerns. My favorite things was his HUGE smile on surgery day, he states it is his favorite day of the week. We went a bit over time so he got me checked into the hospital for an over night stay and he was there bright and early to check on me. The recovery was ok (bit of a baby) and he was so kind and gentle through the whole recovery. I am now 6 months post and I could not be happier. My new smaller breast look like they are still back in high school and stand up so perfectly. I love looking at them, I love how they look in clothes. I love how I am now pain free (shoulders) and can be sexy again. I will find another reason to go back to Dr. Eko! read more

I waited 3 months to see the Doctor and it was a big mistake. My condition worsened, Dr. Eko did not feel confident to do the surgery - he was nervous. Then he "over spoke" to my Urologist who now refuses to allow me to see him anymore. This guy is so over rated. The "triple booked doctor" should have had the ability to help me, but he refused. My husband drove to Beverly Hills where Dr. Brent Molleken, a well trained plastic surgeon who also does reconstructive surgery, operated on me in a matter of days and corrected all my medical issues.
