You want low prices, go to that shade tree mechanic your friends recommend. Good luck. James, Ann, Paul & Team know how to do it properly to protect you and your investment. If You drives '96 Toyota Corolla, You might not need James to fix it. You should replace it. We choose James Auto Center for all our Preventative Maintanence & Repair Needs. You should too if you really want to solve the problem, not just band-aide the problem.

After finding Auto Nation, I made an appointment online and I was set. I arrived to my appointment on time, walkes in and was quickly greeted by Mike. He was polite and attentive. He got my car right in for diagsosis and directed me to their customer lounge, which had coffee, water and flavored drinks available. I sat down, put my tablet on their free wifi and did some work whike waiting. After about 20 minutes, Mike came back with a diagnosis and a price. I told him my extended warranty / service contract was going to cover it. I was going to call the company but he said he would take care of it. After about 5 minutes, that was all squared away and they were working on Ebony. It took about 90 minutes and Mike returned. He told me they did a multi-point inspection as well, no extra charge, and all was great with the car. He took me to the cashier, gave some closing pleasantries and he was on his way. The cashier was also polite and attentive. Within 4 or 5 mimutes I paid and was on my way. The whole experience was easy breezy and I was well taken care of. The only reason they do not get 5 stars from me is because they do not offer loaner cars. I would recommend Auto Nation and will use them again.

I brought my vehicle in and met my service advisor, Miera Braxton. She was quite knowledgeable and got me taken care of right away. I was also fortunate to meet the service manager while I was there, Mike Boatwright. All these folks really know there stuff and know what great customer service is. I got my vehicle back repaired, service checks completed and earlier then expected. They were very fair on the service charges as well! Also we were very happy with our vehicle so "Kudos" to the Technician for doing a great job as well. Thanks Bay Honda!

The first car I purchased was great; just underwater. I ended up trading it in on a new 2022 model in February and in less than 5000 miles I had to replace the torque converter. After another 1000 miles it's back in the shop again with a malfunction on the camshaft position sensor. I am glad I did not purchase the warranty on it that Honda was trying to pressure me to buy since it already had a CPO warranty from the last owner which carried over and the torque converter was covered at the GM dealership. I am hoping this issue with the camshaft position sensor will be covered as well. The main issue is Honda did not do the complete inspection on the vehicle or at least the repairs needed as the stored codes are older than when Honda offered the vehicle for sale. This tells me they either didn't get the vehicle ready for sale or they ignored the codes or didn't inspect the vehicle. Now I'm about $8000 underwater on the vehicle and stuck with the repairs. I won't buy my next car from Honda after this experience. As you can see from the other reviews I'm not the only one that purchased a lemon from Honda of Bay County.

Very kind and knowledgeable gentleman at the service desk and we learned a lot about the newest Mazda SUV's out today with friendly staff throughout the facility. That's standard, hard sales & as a woman, I'm used to men assuming I know nothing about cars. Growing up with 4 older brothers, you've made a mistake in assuming that in my case, sir. I spoke to a young salesman, Ben, who didn't hear a word I'd said from the second we met. He was instantly dismissive for some reason. His replies to questions or responses to statements had nothing to do with what I'd said. He'd say, with fake exuberance & no eye contact, "Oh really?!" which wasn't any sort of response to the subject. Lol. I found it kind of amusing how I was looked down on so out-of-hand from the start, but that's fine cuz it only made me immediately decide that I'd go elsewhere. He either isn't knowledgeable or simply didn't care. Twice he said he didn't know when I asked q's. Huh? Then ask someone who does. When he was embarrassed that he couldn't provide answers cuz I pushed back, he left me at the desk for about 7-min, then shuffled back with a big sigh & even more disinterest & gave an "I think it's..." answer. Do women never enter your dealership? Do you feel you're wasting your time speaking to one? If so, then rally for a female saleswoman to be hired to deal with 1/2 the population, which apparently annoy you. I'd say don't waste your time, but in my experience, all dealers in any city/state are the same. They're a special breed, these salespeople. I'm not returning. Maybe he had a bad day, but who cares? I can't act like that at my job & still be employed & can find a dealer with employees who will at least look at me when speaking & don't act bored in the process. 0* out of 5, but I'd probably give that to most dealers.
