Great guys working there! recently took in my 2000 Subaru Impreza after I performed an engine swap and needed it as a daily driver. I called ahead of time and made an appointment with Jessie, the day of my appointment I took it in and went over all of the work I wanted done, and possibly additional work that was needed and what he recommended. communication stayed consistent throughout the entire time that my car was there. A bit over a week later he gives me a call and lets me know that the car is ready for pickup. Recently my 2016 Toyota Corolla was in a frontal accident. Most of it was repaired except interior parts and also my intake airbox under the hood which was cracked and needed replacing. I called to get a price range/quote to replace the OEM airbox with a Cold Air Intake, which was a fair price for the installation. Jesse took me right in without an appointment and got the job done within 55 or so minutes. I spoke to him regarding the replacement of dash board, steering wheel etc and they too will be able to do the job. Truly appreciate Jesse's services and experience. Do not waste your time. Very unprofessional. They cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours before, had to work with them to bring the car in. They will not give you a breakdown of the car, just an invoice. No more information on the service/results and had to ask for the vin number to be listed. I asked for a leak down compression test and a pre purchase inspection. They forgot about the inspection, so it took longer to get the car back, and did not give me paperwork on the compression test. Also with the inspection, was only given an invoice that said "Car was inspected, control arm bushing, shocks, tires, no oil leaks" Nothing else. Okay, what is wrong with the car? What are the tread/oil levels? Was told there is a rear axle boot leak verbally. Where is the information on that? I had to give them a 60 point inspection template for them to use that was taken off of Google Images. What? Is this even a real shop? The letterhead on the top legit says "company name here, address, etc." I guess none of this is official. Overall, just find another shop. Do you really trust your car going in for a motor job if they can't even do a pre-purchase inspection? No. Legitimately wasted my entire day dealing with this. read more
