We hired these guys to clean the concrete in our backyard. "Javier" sounded very accommodating and assured us that he could do the job right. He did show up as scheduled and worked for several hours. Unfortunately, the result was terrible, as the surfaces looked even worse than before. I contacted the business, and after some delays he came out and admitted that he wasn't proud of the work and told me that he would come to fix it.
After some scheduling delays, he and a partner did come, and spend about an hour pressure washing the surface, again without any notable improvement. They said that the real solution would be to reseal the concrete with a different material than what they had used the first time, and that they would return the next day. They did not show up as promised. Repeated attempts to contact them via text and phone were left unanswered. We are now out hundreds of dollars, and left with concrete that looks worse than before.
